He took the time to talk through what I needed, made recommendations about which parts of my existing system should be upgraded and what didn’t need replacing and was flexible in installing everything at a time that suited me. Before choosing them I spoke with at least 10 different people and companies to get quotes. Most of them only knew about installation work, but Thanuja from VTech Solutions was different. He took the time to explain everything in detail how the cameras work, what type would best suit my house, and how the system connects with alarms and mobile apps. His knowledge about camera configuration and technology was far better than anyone else I spoke with. The pricing was fair and transparent. The work was done neatly, on time, and exactly according to my schedule. He also uses original branded wires and doesn’t cut costs in any way. The installation looks professional and everything is working perfectly.
