My experience with this company was awesome! Our old printer broke and we couldn't sign the agreement and return to them, the account manager drove to our offices and brought a hardcopy for signature. Joel, our technician, was there the next day with the unit. He was efficient and totally professional. He set everything up and demonstrated how everything worked. We had a few questions about technical stuff relayed to the printer and he took the time and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the company for any of your printing, copying or technical systems!!

Ken Schneider is my go to for all things copiers and reproduction. Copiers may not be the sexiest things, but Ken and his tram have shown me ways to reduce my overhead substantially and improve my business processes so that my team can get the job done faster which is pretty attractive to any business owner. Ken is not a bad looking guy either and a real charmer. Do your self a favor and call Ken if you need a great price on a quality copier.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! Very fast and affordable! The tech was onsite within 1 hour of us calling him with problems with our Copystar copiers and H.P. printers. All issues fixed the same day!!!
