Sophie has done a terrific job for us in our house refurb/development. She started with a very open mind and listened to our preferences; something that was particularly important to us given this was the first development project we've undertaken at this scale. Sophie clearly has a breath of skills spanning structural considerations all the way through to the finer points of design detail. The overwhelming mass of options and decisions to face when doing a house refurb was made smooth and enjoyable with Sophie helping us to navigate them all. Her warm and approachable style helped the process go smoothly; this was also evident as she liaised and of worked alongside various other third-party providers. She quickly built trust with us and then giving clear options with pros and cons and finding solutions for all the little problems that inevitably arise during any building work. We're delighted with the end result both in terms of the usability of the space, how it looks, but also how Sophie helped us partner with all of the different suppliers and stakeholders from design through to build. Sophie was the pivotal person in this process and someone that we would highly recommend.

Sophie did a great job redesigning our loft space. She moved quickly to support us with our building control application when we the scope of our building work changed unexpectedly. She was extremely supportive and offered various practical solutions to a number of issues that arose as our house is a conservation area. We would definitely use Sophie again and recommend her to others.

Sophie is a genius, through and through. And she took her time to understand my purpose and preferences. I had the vague idea of how the space should work out, then when Sophie rolled out her designs, I was blown away. Suffice to say, my wildest dream comes true. One more thing, first thing Sophie took care of, was fire regulation. Immediately my husband said, 'we got the right professional.' Indeed, we got lucky.

We needed to renovate our 2-bedroom flat on a budget and, thanks to Sophie's professional advice, the result exceeded our expectation. First, she provided us with an accessible style guide to help us choose the style we prefer. Next, she discussed with us our preferences, from colours to materials, and came back with a range of options for the layout, colour palette, and specific products. Once we chose our favorite option, Sophie further adjusted it to our taste to make sure we were happy with the final design. Finally, she provided the detailed guidance for our builders to make sure that the rooms look exactly as they do on her 3D visualisations. On the photo you can see our living room before and after the refurbishment — we wouldn't have achieved it without Sophie's help. We highly recommend her services to all who want to get a unique home.

Sophie came to view the loft in our Victorian terrace. We had a small space available but wondered if we could turn it into a viable bedroom for our daughter. Within a few days Sophie came back with 3 options for us to look at. She had clearly understood the problem and provided 3 excellent solutions, the main one being how to fit a staircase into a such a small space. A few months later and we now have a lovely additional bedroom in our house that our daughter loves. I would highly recommend and use again, thank you.

Sophie provided us with invaluable direction and guidance at the outset of what would otherwise have been quite a stressful redevelopment of our kitchen. We were grateful for Sophie's practical experience in creating a handy project plan with tips on asking our contractors the right questions.
