My grateful thanks to Shop Playpen for saving my sanity today. They had exactly what I needed at a fair price and my yorkie who is fresh out of surgery is now safe and content in her pretty enclosure. Many many thanks for efficient friendly service clearly backed by a well run business.

I placed my order early on in December and I still have not received my order and it's the 20th of January. Their communication is horrendous. They even gave me the wrong tracking details for the courier company. So I don't even think they know what is going on in their systems and processes. I'm disappointed

I made my purchase over the festive season when the business was closed. I was unable to find out when it would reopen and waited 3 weeks for a response. I found the communication poor and the lady who answered the phone to be unprofessional. It is considerate to your customers to post an out of office with information on when to expect a response instead of ignoring them. I still have had no reply to my emails. I would be reluctant to buy from this business again.
