SaraNest is truly a gem in Kuching for premium local delicacies. Their bird’s nest is exceptionally clean, pure, and full of natural goodness — you can really taste the quality. I also picked up some Sarawak pepper and Bario rice, and both exceeded expectations. The pepper is incredibly aromatic and flavorful, while the Bario rice has that distinct texture and taste that’s hard to find elsewhere.
