I would respectfully begin by stating that this is an ideal location for your Forklift repairs to be completed promptly, with respect and professionalism. Starting with the receptionist for the phone call (Jessica), she handled my call with utmost professionalism and warmth, demonstrating kindness and sincerity. She answered all my question with sincerity and kindness. Furthermore, she ensured that the service men were dispatched to my location in a timely manner. The gentlemen who were tasked with the work (Ethan & Jorge), were gracious enough to complete the task with utmost professionalism. They explained their work and the challenges they faced and pointed out the areas where the issues were occurring. They also ensured that my Forklift was functioning properly before they departed. They thoroughly tested it and demonstrated its functionality to me. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all employees who were involved in the maintenance of our company's Forklift repairs (Jessica, Ethan & Jorge). I will continue to share this information with those individuals who require the services from R&R Lift for their Forklift repairs.

Had a great experience with Shaugn and the R&R team. They diagnosed our issue fast, explained everything clearly, and got our forklift back up and running in no time. Fast service, fair pricing, and no nonsense. They even gave us some maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly. Hard to find good, reliable service these days, but these guys delivered. Will definitely call them again when we need repairs.

Bert and his team are great people to work with. Their attention to detail and correct diagnosing help keep repair cost reasonable. I have been in the automotive world for of 40 years and they are one of the few repair company's that can truly trouble shoot versus just being a parts replacer.

Our forklift went down at 7:30 AM with steel deliveries on the way. R&R diverted a tech and had us up in a few hours, which entailed diagnosis, finding a starter in Austin, going to get it and installing it on site. Great service, great tech!
