Richmont Graduate University is a private Christian institution offering master's degrees in counseling and ministry. Established in 1933 as the Chattanooga Bible Institute and later known as the Psychological Studies Institute, it merged in 2000 to form Richmont. The university is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). Richmont provides Christ-centered education and research that advances God’s work of healing, restoration, and transformation in the lives of individuals, churches, and communities.

If someone asked me if they should go to richmont I would tell them to stay away and go somewhere else for their education. Most hypocritical school I have ever been to in my life. If I could tell my past self to stay away I would. So heed my warning things aren't as it appears.

I graduated from Richmont while it was still PSI. The education and integration can not be matched. As a professor now, the caliber of the students surpass many doctoral programs.
