I absolutely loved my phlebotomy school experience. The program was fast paced, only four weeks, but the way it was taught made everything feel clear and manageable. Mrs. P is truly one of a kind. She doesn’t just teach the class, she cares about every single student as a person. You can feel her heart in the way she explains things, encourages you, and believes in you from day one. She encourages questions and does more of a discussion vs a lecture and that really helps in making sure everyone’s comfortable asking for help if they don’t understand something and ensures we’re all on the same page. That’s something that really made this school stand out. My classmates and I were in this as a team. All learning together and never leaving anyone feeling bad about not understanding. We were encouraged to actually use critical thinking skills and help one another. Mrs. P will answer your texts any time, even on weekends or after the program is over, because she genuinely wants to see you succeed. Her personality is warm, genuine, and full of passion for what she does. She takes her time, makes sure you understand, and never makes you feel alone in the process. I felt completely supported the entire time. I passed my class and I will still continue to go in and practice or listen in to refresh because her and Lorena have made me feel totally welcome to do so at any time. They encourage keeping refreshed and in contact along this journey. Tink, the assistant, is also amazing. She is patient, calm, and really takes the time to help you practice until you feel confident. You can tell she wants every student to truly get it and she won’t hesitate to answer questions over and over and when you make a mistake she always tells you “That’s okay, you’re still learning” never getting frustrated. She’s such a kind soul and genuinely wants you to learn at the same time pushing you to do your best. The school was amazing, the class was fun, and I walked away feeling confident, supported, and grateful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Mrs.P is a very great and kind teacher. She will push you to see your full potential but it’s that little push that you need. She will answer any questions you have and explain until you understand. Overall a great experience with her teaching skills and technique. If your looking to get into phlebotomy definitely come here!

I had an amazing time and experience here and got to learn so so much with the amazing teacher, Pauline! This course was so informative, super hands-on, super fun, and super safe !! She makes sure you know everything you need to and guides you how to perform venipunctures properly, she even let me poke her own arms lol ! I was definitely anxious at first as we started poking on day 2, but now as i’m currently on my externship, the nervousness and the shakiness stopped bc everything she taught me made sense in the hands-on portion and you realize you don’t even need to be that nervous ! Definitely recommend this place !

If you’re a very closed off person and “afraid” of taking steps forward especially as a young teen , do NOT hesitate to take Phlebotomy Plus . When i first came across this school , i was hesitant & finally got the courage. As a person who had no experience in the medical field I wasn’t sure how things were going to be like , but honestly I definitely feel like this could’ve been the best way to put my foot thru the door specifically with my instructor, Pauline. She was an amazing instructor, when i wouldn’t understand certain things she would help me go over it as many times as i needed . I love the patience she had with everyone. Pauline’s voice will always be engraved in my head while i’m studying which helps so much HAHA , the way she would teach is AMAZINGGG and explains things in many different ways to help understand to a further extent. I learned so much , very helpful teacher amazing experience.
