Tim, our sales rep, was fantastic in making sure what we were buying would fit our needs and would fit in our current setup. Paul and Rylan, our installers, we courteous, professional, and did a great job. New appliances in, old ones out in a few hours. They were on-time and did a great job. Our Bosch refrigerator was delivered today. At Martin’s Quarryville, Tim was very helpful in our choosing of a new refrigerator. We also appreciate that Anthony worked us to exchange the previous unit. The delivery went smoothly. Paul & Rylan were careful when installing the Bosch & knowledgeable about the unit. Terry and his assistant worked very hard today to repair my washer/dryer unit. They even climbed a ladder and cleaned out the dryer vent in the snow and 30 degree weather! Their workmanship was excellent and professional. I am very satisfied and grateful!

Zac was awesome. He came out and diagnosed my fridge problem, ordered a new part, and had it running quickly after he arrived the second time. Pricing seems fair. My only “complaint” is the time between diagnosis and repair. Took about two weeks in total. I chalk it up to being a busy season and the thanksgiving holiday in between. Wasn’t a problem for me because it’s a garage fridge, but if it were my kitchen fridge I would’ve been a little more concerned.

Awesome store. This is NOT a big box appliance store.. My wife and I are shopping for a new flat cook top, and Tony, our salesman was more than helpful in teaching us the difference in the models and styles. We will be back to buy a model once we do some homework on sizes... Great Store!!! We came back a year later and Matt, helped us pick out our new cooktop!!!

Zac did a great job on a microwave repair. Very knowledgeable, professional nice young man. Diagnosed the problem, communicated the solution well and resolved the issue as soon as the part was in to install. This is the advantage of buying stuff through Martin’s vs. a big box store. Would highly recommend based on this and other satisfactory experiences with Martin’s products and services.
