I recently opened a new gin and cocktail bar In Blackpool and contacted Mark to help us implement a robust Health and Safety System and to provide support for the General Manager. I've known Mark for a few years now. What strikes me most about him is that he's so not your typical health and safety man. He's a happy, friendly man who will always go out of his way to help, and applies health and safety regulations in the best way for your particular business. It's no good having a 'rule book' that everybody hates and avoids. For a workplace to really be safe, everyone has to buy into it. If Mark can't get your staff to understand and embrace health and safety then I don't know who would.
