Worked with me to find the spot between "what I really wanted" versus "what Michigan weather allows for" and my budget. Took a while longer than expected to get the quote locked down, but they are busy and he does and oversees a lot of the install work himself. Once the quote was confirmed though, the timeline and install date was as he said it would be.

Marc went above and beyond. We asked him to give us a price on 2 things in our home - garage door and a window, and turned into fixing little things- door not shutting correctly, window cranks. Will definitely be calling him in the future.

The set up communication and follow up with Lawson Glass and Door was solid with calls returned promptly and on time visits. We had thirteen panes of glass replaced and Marcus got it done in less than a day. The new glass looks great!

Had a spring break on my garage. Called Lawson to make an appointment. Was able to get the day and time I needed. They were prompt and got my garage door working quickly. Very good service.

I needed a garage door replaced due to damages. They came out and gave me a quote which was completely fair in my opinion. I upgraded to an insulated door and it looks great. The door sits nice and snug when it's closed, no shaking on the track from the wind nor when you press on it yourself. My old door used to rattle like mad and shake due to wind allowing water in during storms if the wind came from the right direction. All the work on the door trim looks good also. I will definitely be utilizing their service for other glass and door projects in the future.

Mark and his crew did a phenomenal job! They replaced all the windows on my house and even cut out the exterior wall in some spots to make some windows bigger. You can't even tell they cut open the walls. Great price, great communication, and great work. I highly recommend!

We had our entry doors replaced a couple years ago by a different company and they did an awful job. We called Lawson Glass and Door and they responded very quickly. They were out the same week and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. They did a great job on the install of our front door and we will be having them replace our other door and windows. Bonus, they offer a Veteran discount!!

My garage door failed on a Friday at 1pm. I called a number of other providers and the first available wasn’t until Monday afternoon. Marcus came out by 5 that day and was able to get my door up and running through the weekend until he could get the right part. He gave me the date and time and he would have the correct part and he met them both! So refreshing to have a competent and courteous service these days!
