Great experience dealing with Nicola a genuine and friendly person with great B2B communication. She’s quick with emails and when needed she is always on the other end of the phone straight away which is lost in other companies nowadays. Which is why Independent House stands out from the others.

Genuinely chuffed with this training venue, I have to travel around the UK quite a lot delivering training sessions to support workers and often times its is either too small to do the practical work or doesn’t have room for sitting to do the theory, but independent house ticks both of those boxes and more. The team there are really friendly, the facilities are great, the transport links were very convenient for our delegates, the train station is right opposite and the bus stop is outside, With plenty of parking available nearby. The big screen was great, Plenty of seats and tea and coffee facilities went down well. I will definitely make sure that whenever we train in Norwich again that we come here.

I’ve attended two meetings at Independent House and both times had a great experience. The space is professional, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The team gave us such a friendly and caring welcome, would definitely recommend for meetings or events!

Nicola, the Building Manager at IH is fantastic, really helpful, accommodating and great at communication. The main meeting/training room is fab, fully set up for hybrid meetings and Nicola takes the stress away with the set up and greeting any external guests. Highly recommend Nicola and Independent House!
