I called these people to come clean out my gas boiler so I can have it ready to run for the winter. This company is very unprofessional and sent someone to my home that does not know what they are doing. The plumber doesn't show up one day then I call to make another appointment and the next day he shows up late without his tools to do the job. He then proceed to tell me what I don't need done instead of doing the job I asked him to do. I will never use this company for anything home related again.
Chris and his team did a terrific job installing a ductless AC system in our house, and at a competitive price. As a skilled carpenter myself, I can say that the entire crew was detail oriented, professional and committed to the highest standards of workmanship. They were all very friendly too. After three days at the house, they felt like part of the family. Highly recommended.
I don’t write reviews but i had to this instance. The guy in the picture who probably is the owner tried to overcharge me on items i went in there for. There are prices listed and when i asked him why he is charging me a higher price than what was listed for them he cursed me out and told me to leave in a very rude way. If he senses you don’t know about plumbing he will rip you off. Save yourself some time and money by going to home depot or Carpens plumbing supply on 175 jamaica ave or Soudesh plumbing supply on 197 jamaica ave. Oh and they are not 24 hours as posted on google.
With the call ahead and the punctual arrival, the service visit was awesome. The plumbers who were assigned the job were very knowledgeable Both plumbers treated my house like it was theirs. At the end they replaced my water heater quite fast and I became a loyal customer of “A Good Plumber” .... Thanks Springfield Plumbing & Heating Supply . A+++++++++ highly recommended!!!!!!!!
Do not order from this place! I called a few days ago to purchase a boiler the owner tells me that he has it in stock and it will be ready for me to pick up. I called back to schedule a day for when I will be picking it up and the owner tells me that he will be keeping the boiler for himself and won’t be selling it to me. He was very rude and condescending towards me, not to mention that I had to cancel a contract with a client due to his bad business.
Old man with big attitude put up the new boiler and baseboards I my all three floors I summer they put on the heat but that time was hot weather already so we felt little heat in baseboards we told them and they said no problem when winter comes we will stop by and fix it for you.now I call them this old man Said no whatever job we do it’s done.if you want me to come to check we will charge you again.I will never recommend this company again
We contact Springfield last week because our bathroom water heater had problems and wouldn’t work quite often. They customer service was great, gave us the proper quote, and sent in staff the same day. Their staff knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced the heater, and made it perfect in no time. I highly recommend them. Great quality and pricing
