We used electrician Alex Heinemann to replace fans and lights. He was punctual, professional, friendly with a smile and so good with his work. He helped up decide which fans were best and even picked them up for us after we ordered them from Ideal Electrical in Maroochydore. (Who also deserve 5 stars, thank you Bronwyn.) We truly recommend Alex for for all your solar and electrical needs.

We called Alex about a job which we needed done asap ; he moved around some appointments and fixed our issues
He communicated extremely well and was spot on the time he said he would arrive.
This was the best service I have ever had from any tradesman and Alex was just so nice as well. I can not recommend him highly enough just brilliant

Alex was informative about what my needs required and explained other requirements I hadn't thought of. On arrival for the job he again went thru what he was going to do and got amongst it. Great bloke, great job, great price.

I cannot recommend Heinemann Electrical and Solar highly enough! From my initial inquires speaking directly with the company owner Alex, right through to the completion of the jobs, their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were simply top-tier.
I recently had them service a complex solar system, perform RCD & emergency lighting test, install ducted fans, and also provide a consultation for future installation of bollard lights, and the team was exceptional. They arrived promptly, communicated clearly about the work needed, and carried it out with speed and precision. The quality of their electrical work is flawless, and they left the site incredibly tidy.
It's rare these days to find a company that combines such deep technical knowledge with genuinely friendly and transparent customer service as well as going above and beyond to ensure I understood everything and was completely satisfied. Alex was prompt & professional, offering cheaper options for our solar solution & suggested an upgrade to our metre box that we didn't know was even possible but warranted, based on where we live in Beerwah.
Alex even offered to come on a Saturday to get the job done to work around our busy work lives.
I would highly recommend Alex to my family & friends & will certainly use Heineman Electical again. 5 stars well earnt.
