Fantastic service from start to finish when dealing with My Garden Studio. From our initial enquiry through to the installation of the eSnug and afterwards, the communication was and has been excellent. The installation only took a day as Ray and co ploughed through the wind and rain to get it completed.
The eSnug is a fabulous addition in our garden and has made working from home much easier. We have had so many positive comments from neighbours about the design of the eSnug and we would (and have!) recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I needed a garden office as I mainly work from home. Ray was easy to communicate with throughout the process, sent lots of updates and was honest and transparent. The installation of the office was completed within two days and with minimum disruption. I've enjoyed my new office immensely. I went for the Snug Plus version and it's more spacious than I thought. It's ready to use as soon as it's been installed but there's also plenty of room to paint and decorate as you want. Ray also took extra care to explain maintenance and how to use the various features.
Honestly, I wish I could give 6 stars ☺️

We have only positive things to say about Ray and the ESnug, we ordered from him.
Despite unexpected delays on our side, Ray was constantly understanding and reassuring. Once we were ready, Ray delivered the ESnug, which was installed within the day. We have had no complaints, it looks fantastic. He was even available afterwards to advise on painting the interior and questions around internet installation.
If you are looking for an outdoor office, this is a really good choice !!

After months of looking at just about every garden office website out there, I kept coming back to E-Spaces Design & Create Ltd. It was more than I thought I would spend, but I liked the idea of having something solid that would look good for a long time to come.
Ray was very patient with my going back and forth on decisions. I really value it when someone, faced with a problem, says “don’t worry, we’ll find a way”—that kind of attitude is worth a lot!
The garden office looks great and fits perfectly in my smallish London backyard. I’m really happy with it.
PS: Ray came by today, 31 July to install an air conditioner in my Esnug Plus garden office and did a great job. He was friendly, on time, and made the whole thing really straightforward. The install was quick and tidy, and he walked me through how it all works before heading off. The air con is up and running and it’s going to make working from home much more comfortable. Really happy and would definitely recommend Ray and his company.

My Garden Studio is my new favourite place. I customised the spec to suit my needs as a bag making workshop and after spending the first week working in the space I can say it is truly fit for purpose. Ray was great to deal with, very accommodating when I changed layouts and requested atypical window sizes. It was also erected in the smallest possible space in the garden, if that posed a challenge the build team did not show it. Really great company, affordably priced studios, highly recommend.

The garden Den / studio has been a valued addition to our outdoor space. Good advice/help from start to finish, in planning and positioning our Den. Always kept in the communication 'loop'. I am happy to recommend a good professional job.

Had an outstanding experience from E-Spaces and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I needed an extra environment outside my home for my business and after shopping around, I was really drawn to the design and sustainability.
From my initial enquiry right through to post-installation follow up, the communication was excellent. Ray was very supportive with design modifications and throughout the planning process and the team were great on installation day.
The garden room is easily of the highest quality for the price when compared to others I was reviewing.

Great service from start to finished. The planning progress was amazing and the installation super quick and efficient! I actually moved house and the guys dismantled the garden room and rebuilt it in my new house. Neil/Ray have been great along the way and so very helpful! 5 stars ⭐️

Brilliant service from start to finish. It’s been a year since the garden office was installed by Ray, Neil and Lee and I absolutely love it. Perfect work space as I work from home full time. A lot of information provided during the design phase and communication was great. The installation was done by the team in a day and the office was good to go. Very helpful people and good at what they do. Despite all sorts of problems and delays at our end, they kept their cool and delivered as promised. A sightly different project to what they're used to was dealt with smoothly and efficiently and we now have a very happy Granny living in her annexe.

Brilliant experience from start to finish! The team were really involved in our process, helping us work out our specific requirements, right down to the finest detail. Nothing was too much trouble. The end result is stunning - it feels like a Scandi-style interior that is so peaceful and calm, a quiet space ideal for meditation or reflection. We love that the materials used are sustainable and the team who fitted it were great. Would highly recommend.
