How often do you feel your contractor is a trustworthy, true partner who seeks to meet and exceed your expectations during the entire process? We worked with Coastal Shade Pros for over eight months to add a modern, sleek looking Pergola with some bells and whistles to our second floor back deck. It was a long journey mainly due to our town’s slow permitting process. Todd was proactive in keeping me in the loop and getting the permit folk’s attention. Todd and I talked often during the delays to help me understand where we were in the process. Todd builds trust through his actions, words, and his calm demeanor. During the long delay, his manufacturer decided to raise their prices. Todd promised to fight for me and work towards a compromise that we both could accept and he delivered. His crew is well trained and professional. Their process is rigorous and they make sure the planning is perfect. I got to know one of his lead guys, Will, and saw him dig in and not stop until he made everything right that was not right. They are reliable and say what they do and then do it. They showed up when there was bad weather, waiting it out, rather than offering excuses. They got stuff done. I give Todd and his crew my very highest recommendation. He is someone that will not let you down!

Our experience with Coastal Shade Pros has been exceptional. From our first meeting with Todd Mason, we were confident that we found the right company and solution for our porch project. Of the multiple products we researched, Todd’s review of his motorized screens and how they would be installed on our porch convinced us they would satisfy all our requirements. Will and John did a great job with the installation. They were respectful of our property, completed the project in one day, cleaned up the site, and reviewed the operation of the screens using the remote. The result is exactly what we wanted. We can now open or close the porch as much or as little as we want for both privacy and protection from the sun; we can keep the rain out when closed completely; and no changes were made / required to the porch structure. Todd and Will did a great job of communicating utilizing text, email, and phone keeping us informed through the entire process. We highly recommend Todd Mason and Coastal Shade Pros for your motorized screen needs.
