We had this company install a new chimney cap, reseal the flashing and replace the liner. Marco and Lyle did the job and they were very professional and even took before and after pictures to show us the work and educated us on what they were replacing and why. We got quotes from other companies and this company seemed to be the most honest about what work was needed and didn’t try to sell us additional services. Kelly who set up the consult and job was also very professional to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Marco came to my office. He put on protective shoe gear to make sure he didn’t dirty anything.
He was professional and kind. He gave me a good price. He got the job done quickly. I spoke with a few other chimney companies . He by far was the nicest and most professional. If you need a chimney guy, I strongly recommend this company.
Kelly even called me to confirm that her guy was on his way and he got to me even earlier than he was supposed to . A true find in a terrible industry .

I called Chimney King because I needed a chimney cap to keep out squirrels. The tech went on the roof and then showed me pictures telling me that there was a "water condition" and that I needed a new liner. He went inside the house to disconnect the existing hookup and pulled out a dead "bird" and some loose bricks, adding to the proof that my boiler-chimney needed work. I called my husband at work and he okayed the work to be done at a cost of $1,800. But I asked for the before and after pictures to show my husband. The two techs left without sending me the pictures. That same day I called the Chimney King office and complained that I never got the before & after pictures. I'm still waiting. Scam? Maybe. Did they throw a dead "bird" down the chimney, along with the broken bricks? I started off needing a chimney cap, and ended up getting a new liner too. Maybe we needed the liner, and I did get the cap, but this problem of not sending the pictures leads us to believe that we were scammed.

I’m a First time homeowner who doesn’t really know anything about chimneys. I called chimney king to get a cleaning done but to my surprise was told the chimney was spotless and I didn’t need to waste $75. I will certainly be referring chimney king to anyone I know as a honest and trustworthy business. Thank you for doing the right thing!
I called chimney king for a cleaning today for my mothers house. we knew there was some issues but were down right shocked to find out the last company that did work at my mothers house (advanced chimney) basicly scammed her out of $2800. The technician Joseph came in after looking at everything and showed us a full video inspection on his phone as well as a bunch of pictures which he emailed us for our records (we are trying to sue the prior company) Joe was great through the whole process, he broke everything down for us and was very knowledgable of his trade but most important he made my mother comfortable. We went ahead with the repairs and they did a great job. THANKS Joe and chimney king I will pass you on for sure!
After having the Carbon monoxide alarm go off at 1 am and phone ringing. We immediately Found we had a Major problem with the chimney. exhaust was not flowing out of the house. Marco came and checked it out we needed a complete cleaning and a complete liner. everything was done quickly and perfectly the next day. I have used Chimney King over the years for chimney cleanings. I called Chimney King today for an inspection, they said they could do it today. John and Eric came to my home on time and upon the inspection advised me it was time for a new liner (which I totally expected due to the age of the chimney). I was impressed by the workmanship and speed of the work performed, and the price was definitely reasonable. Both employees were extremely polite. John was happy to explain everything that they did. They did clean, excellent work. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!!!
We had called to get our fire place looked at and cleaned. Being 1st time homeowners we didn’t think about our furnace chimney. Luckily Fred suggested he take a look. Thank God! We were a ticking time bomb for carbon monoxide as our chimney had collapsed and was not removing it as it should. Fred and Erick spent the whole afternoon fixing that chimney. I am so grateful that Fred suggested he inspect it. That could have been horrible. Yes we have detectors but we also have a dog that could have been home alone when something bad happened. I highly recommend Chimney King and especially Fred and Erick!
Chimney King's repair team of Fred and Lyle were amazing. Fred pointed out our issues with the chimney and explained why we were having problems and how he was going to resolve them. We were impressed with Fred's knowledge and skill. Their pricing was fair and competitive. My husband and I truly appreciated understanding the process and the results.
I had a few different company’s at my house and I was concerned with being ripped off I have been told I needed a liner by some and that I did not need a liner by a another so I called chimney king for my last opinion I did get told that I do not need a liner but that I do need some other work done like a cap and cement on top of the chimney so I had that done the work came out great never a issue after that they did tell me that I should get the cement between the bricks at the top of the chimney done told them I will have them back to do a estimate on that a different day because I am tight on money and they said sure there was no pressure to do it now I am so happy that I called chimney king they are the only ones I will for now on
