So disappointed … placed an order for tool parts … a picture of the parts was shown on their site … we ordered same … received only one of the 5 parts ... according to Chavda the photo on the website was for illustration purposes only and cannot be used as order reference … 🤷‍♂️ … well, my bad … now we know … if one is going to buy from Chavda one should thus not trust or go by the picture on the site. What you see is not necessarily what you get. Best get a description in writing before purchase.

Dear Sir,

you bought a spare part with a specific part number, which you admitted you had a quote for , which was part of a whole base set

You knew exactly what you purchased, that after you admitted you did get a competitor quote

Now you are expecting to receive all the parts that our competitor quoted for free?

Do you not think this is extortion?

The description which you purchased and the part number 454022-06 which you purchased is exactly what you received

Despite us trying to talk to you and offer you the balance of the parts without charging courier , you have refused to talk to us and prefer to damage our good name

There should be a google reviews for unreasonable customers too!

Regret , we have tried everything to make you happy but you have refused to even listen to us!
