The quality of the etching is top notch and far superior to folks our company has used in the past. Bill made a plaque for my mom in laws urn to sit. It will eventually be the resting place of both my parents. It was absolutely beautiful and brought my dad in law to tears. I was looking for a special cake topper for my son’s groom’s cake. After a quick Google search and reading some reviews, I found Carolina Custom Laserworks. It is always nerve wracking to trust something this is important after looking at Google, but I was so impressed with the owner that I had to leave a review. His professionalism, keeping me posted as things went along, the price, quick service, and the final product was more than I expected in such a short notice. I highly recommend this company for your laser cutting products. (Product- black acrylic cake topper)

I needed this urgently as a healthcare issue had risen unexpectedly and I needed to carry a card. The owners of the shop were headed out of town the same day as I ordered, but they finished the product on time and perfectly even though I left information off and they had to ask me questions. They were also very cordial and kind about following up with me. I was so pleased when I saw the product that I know I will be reordering as soon as I get the rest of the information I want on the card. I'm also sending their business card to my sister because I know she needs to order a card and they are so beautifully done, so professional, I know they will catch the eye right away. I've seen a lot of emergency medical cards, but never seen any so thoroughly done.

Bill did a great job!! It wasn't easy either bc the message engraved was long and the bottle curved. We had a very expensive bottle of tequila engraved as a retirement present for a co-worker. Bill did a great job!! So worth the drive from the Charlotte!!! We are so thankful we found him and that the distance was drivable. Bill was able to do it same day. Thank you Bill!!!

I was most fortunate to find Carolina Custom Laserworks & its owner, Bill Roach, as I was looking for some specialized laser work to put initials on a very special golf putter. Bill was great to work with as engraving a putter on the bottom takes a bit of work to set it up so you have the putter surface parallel to the laser for a proper engraving. The finished work was beautiful. Need special engraving? Then Bill Roach—he will take time to understand your unique requirements and work hard to meet them. rbt
