ACR bought out the air conditioner company that we have used for years. We always had a yearly maintenance with the old company and ACR honored their maintenance program. We had two very nice and polite employees out did a great job on checking everything over inside and out. Yes I would recommend ACR.

This was our first service call with ARC. Cody was prompt, professional, tidy and very engaging during the service of our 4 AC units I would recommend them.

Extremely nice, knowledgeable, capable people. They both fix and prevent problems. I've been relying on them to take care of our AC and heating for years. You couldn't find a better group.

Accomdated my request for emergency service and arrived within 3 hours. Tech was extremely courteous. Extremely thorough with the work and got the system running under extremely hot conditions.

Service performed professionally and completely. Always great service from ACR. ADDED 1/2/24 - PM done today. As always, thorough check of all parts of the system. Very professional technicians, everything cleaned and in great shape. ADDED 10/24/24 - PM Today. Thorough inspection and cleaning. Very satisfied!
ADDED 5/5/25 - PM today. Found a small leak in the evaporator coil which was new in 2022. A bit concerning for a system that was installed in 2020.
8/25/2025 - service call for condensate pump running for extended periods of time. Technician arrived and went straight to work. Found the problem, cleaned the whole pump and blew out the drain line. Only problem this time was a language barrier that made it difficult for us to understand everything. Overall great service, as always with ACR.

Scheduled quickly, then got an earlier appt. Tech was very educated, personable, great chatting with him. Was clear about the issues and how to correct. If we need service in the future, I hope he takes our call.
