Insincere way of trying to get back customers. Email sent on 11 Sept which offers customers a 30% discount code if they do a survey. “We noticed you haven’t ordered from BOM BOM in a while, and we’d love to hear why.” Was about to share why, and then the link was no longer valid. Spoke to customer service team they said “We would like to share that the survey has officially ended early October, so it’s no longer accessible.” I guess the team didn’t wanna know why I stopped ordering. More of just trying to get me back with a discount. Nothing in the email states that the link is only valid till a certain period, so the expiry came as a shock. I believe you can do better.

After switching my dog to Bom Bom, he unfortunately developed a severe case of diarrhea with blood and vomiting and was unable to even keep water down. We had to ward my dog with the vet for 1 day as he became severely dehydrated. The incident was pretty traumatic. I am incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown by Emily and the team. They handled the situation with thoroughness, patience, and transparency, taking all the necessary steps to investigate and provide peace of mind for everyone involved. They even went the extra mile by sending the food to an independent lab for testing, which truly shows their commitment to transparency and ensuring safety for all pets. While it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue, I genuinely appreciate how Emily kept me informed at every stage and approached the matter with genuine concern. The goodwill and thoughtfulness shown in processing the refund went above and beyond, reflecting the team’s integrity and customer-focused approach. Thankfully, my dog has fully recovered, and I feel reassured knowing that precautions have been taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Although I won’t be returning to raw food myself, I have nothing but respect for the company’s dedication to quality, transparency, and the wellbeing of their customers and their pets. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a brand that genuinely cares, acts responsibly, and handles difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. Thank you, Emily and team, for your exceptional service and dedication!

As always, BOM BOM was made for the betterment of pet health, and we put the welfare of pets first. As you rightly pointed out, transition results can be determined by a number of dietary and non-dietary related factors. In any case, if you ever need any assistance, we would be happy to further assist you and your pup to explore other food mediums that may be better suited to him than raw food.

Been using bom bom for more then a year now the standards are still the same & never drops , they don't provide the best food for your pet but amazing free nutrition advice too.

I’ve never been one to write Google reviews, but I think BomBom deserves my first ever. :) My dog has been on BomBom for many years. I have tried other brands but eventually chose to stick with them because of their dedicated team. While we’ve yet to find the perfect protein or diet for my Westie’s food trial journey, I’m genuinely grateful to the team for regularly checking in and guiding me. my pomeranian’s skin issues have been getting better ever since i fed him bombom, he is not completely recovered yet but his skin is definitely 10x better than before. Bom Bom’s team is also really helpful with any enquiries you would have about your dog, from their diet recommendations to the quality of your dog’s poop. I am really happy with their products and their service and would definitely recommend my friends with pets to try!

Bom Bom has truly been the best choice we’ve made for our cat, Udon. As first-time pet owners, we were eager to provide the best for him. We began researching raw and cooked food diets and stumbled upon Bom Bom at a pet fair held at Star Vista. That encounter changed everything. Before Bom Bom, we fed Udon kibbles and canned food, but he often left his meals half-eaten or didn’t touch them at all. We were concerned and wanted a better solution. When we started him on Bom Bom, it did take a little time for him to get used to chewing real meat chunks. But once he adjusted, there was no turning back. From just 3 months old to now, at 2 years old, Bom Bom has been a game-changer for Udon. Every mealtime is now something he genuinely looks forward to. I am utterly disappointed with BOM BOM. Fed BOM BOM to my 3 dogs, they suffered from diarrhea with blood. BOM BOM can only be contacted via WhatsApp. We ended up bringing our younger fur baby to the vet.i definitely will not recommend BOM BOM to furbabies. BOM BOM is not resolving the issue at all, they did not offer any refund or paying for the vet bill. And was told through their faq column no transition of food is required. If you want a healthy and happy fur baby, please do not even try to feed BOM BOM. Date : 29th April's update BOM BOM (Tracy Lee) had reached out to me and we had a long discussion. I would say that she has a good attitude and patience on this case. She mentioned that BOM BOM will do a refund to me for the food consume. As for vet bill, they may need time to investigate further which means to say no refund as yet. I would say that this call should come earlier instead of delaying for so long. But still I do appreciate this call from Tracy. I will post another update once I got refunded. Latest update - 14th May 2025 BOM BOM refunded me for the pet food

Recently tried Bom Bom for my furkid and the experience was honestly not great and would like to share my experience so pawrents can make an informed decision when considering Bom Bom. After starting on Bom Bom, my furkid started having loose stools and subsequently escalated to explosive bloody diarrhea within 5 days. Bom Bom's cooked food range is sous vide, and the food accordingly to their website is 'cooked through to tender perfection. If compared to a steak, it is somewhere between medium-rare to medium in doneness'. I believe my furkid had diarrhea because the food is not really cooked and i have to assume partial responsiblilty because i took the advise from Bom Bom's website which mentioned that we can swap over to Bom Bom immediately and that 'transition risk is minimal when converting your pet to the BOM BOM diet'. I had also recommended Bom Bom to my sister at the same time, who has 3 dogs and all of her dogs suffered from loose stools and bloody diarrhea. I would also like to state that my furkid's diarrhea was not caused by other foods as i had not fed him treats or his usual supplements as advised by Bom Bom. Sharp bone shards and cubes of fat were found within their meal packs. When i reached out to their support team, i was initially told that bone shards were not supposed to be found within the muscle meat. And i found those shards within muscle meat whilst cutting them into smaller pieces for my furkid prior to feeding. When i found more bone shards and cubes of fat in subsequent meal packs, i reached out to Bom Bom again. Instead of assuming responsibility, they started defending themselves and said that dogs can ingest bone shards <1cm in size. How could sharp bone shards not pose as a hazard and risk to my furkid?? What if the bone shards got lodged within my furkid's gums while chewing or worse, lodged in the throat? And like a broken record, they kept repeating that it was safe and wanted to replace me with 1 meal pack. My furkid's health and safety far exceeds the replacement meal pack. Why would i still want to feed my furkid with their food after finding bone shards and cubes of fat in so many of their meal packs? When i asked about the cubes of fat, they told me to remove it. How could cubes of fat of this size be missed by their preparation and production team?? Now, based on their reponses, you can see how irresponsible this company actually is. They absolutely did not care about the wellbeing of our pets. I then expressed dissappointment at how they were handling the issue. Instead of apologizing and look into preventive measures, they just focused on defending and protecting themself. They were also extremely unresponsive, I would not receive a response over their WA chat for hours most of the time and had to sent a follow up or chase them again before they would respond. So i requested to speak to a member of their managment as i was pretty frustrated at that point at their lack of accountability. At that point, they apologized and told me they would increase quality checks within their preparation team. Someone from their team called me and they said they would collect the balance food to do lab testing. Whilst waiting for their update, i found many pawrents faced similar issues with their dogs when feeding Bom Bom through comments from a FB post. Similarly, they had the same experience of being brushed off by Bom Bom. Bom Bom has since updated me that the lab tests came back and their food 'have been confirmed to surpass SFA's and Bom Bom's stringent safety criteria'. Again, if it surpasses their safety criteria, why would there be cubes of fats and bone shards found in muscle meat and meal pack? It came to a point i was too drained and tired to deal with them anymore and requested for refund. They have since agreed to refund me, i'm still waiting for the refund to come through and will update this post if i receive it.
