Insincere way of trying to get back customers. Email sent on 11 Sept which offers customers a 30% discount code if they do a survey.
“We noticed you haven’t ordered from BOM BOM in a while, and we’d love to hear why.”
Was about to share why, and then the link was no longer valid. Spoke to customer service team they said “We would like to share that the survey has officially ended early October, so it’s no longer accessible.”
I guess the team didn’t wanna know why I stopped ordering. More of just trying to get me back with a discount. Nothing in the email states that the link is only valid till a certain period, so the expiry came as a shock.
I believe you can do better.
