I had an emergency boiler leak and Avenue Heating were incredible from start to finish. They responded straight away, were professional and handled everything smoothly and with great care, installing a new Vaillant combination boiler the next day, even power-flushing our heating system and installing a smart thermostat. The engineers, Ellis and Charles, were friendly and knowledgeable, and Donna kept me fully updated throughout the whole process.

When our 16 year old boiler broke down recently, Winston and Charles were quick to arrive at the property and got a new boiler installed within 36 hours of first contact despite of their busy schedule as we had our old parents at home at the time. They were the only company to respond promptly of the 3 that we had reached out to. Job was completed professionally and safely. Donna on the phone & email was efficient and gave us regular updates. Their SMS updates with live engineer location feed is reassuring. We are very happy with the service received and would continue to use them for the annual servicing. Chas arrived on time to service our boiler. We also mentioned a problem we had with a leaking tap, he went above and beyond to stop the leak, and also serviced the boiler as arranged. Nothing was too much trouble, we are very happy to recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
Our very old boiler broke down at the worst possible time just before the weekend in winter months. After unsuccessfully calling around for local boiler installations where they wouldn't be able to get it done for 4 weeks I contacted Avenue Heating. I spoke to Donna who was incredibly helpful and understanding that we had no heating or hot water in these cold months and rushed a survey with Winston for us. Winston arrived the very next day and again was incredibly helpful and understanding. He ran me through the work that would need to be done to replace the very old boiler system in our building and assured me he could get it booked in asap. Where other companies quoted me it would take weeks to arrange, Avenue Heating had it booked in after 3 days.
Ellis was our engineer and he was incredible. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He worked very hard to get the new boiler installed on the day so we would have heating and hot water again for that night and came back the next morning to complete the installation. He even fixed issues that previous engineers had messed up from past call outs.
We are very grateful and delighted with the work and professionalism from Avenue Heating and their staff.

I was having issues with my water pressurised system. I was recommended by a friend to call Avenue Heating. They are based in Watford so I thought coming to Uxbridge may be an issue for them. I explained the problem , sent some photos of the pressurised system & boiler. Their office staff booked in Charles. On his visit which was on time he diagnosed the problem , repaired it , and waited patiently to test the system. The value add was Charles phoned the next day to see if the system was working all ok. We highly recommend Avenue Heating. The entire process of replacing our boiler was efficient and professional from start to finish. Donna set a positive tone with a quick response to our initial query. Winston, the Director of Avenue Heating, then provided a thorough, expert inspection, even climbing into the loft to check the water heater and give us advice on how we could reroute the heater and the boiler in the future as we're considering a loft conversion. Booking was quick and hassle-free, with the convenience of text and email reminders leading up to the appointment. Ellis, the heating engineer, was clearly experienced, competent, courteous and performed the installation flawlessly. Ellis discovered and corrected complicated rewiring that was necessary due to the previous boiler being installed incorrectly and unsafely. He replaced the unit, installed the smart thermostat system and even bled all our radiators, ensuring our system was running perfectly. The excellent service continued when the old boiler and all rubbish were swiftly collected the next day. This was a great experience with great people - we will not hesitate to use Avenue Heating again in the future.
