I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From day one, the staff has been patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in his progress. They truly understand how to connect with children who learn and process the world differently. In just a few months, I’ve seen incredible growth — not only in his focus and memory skills, but in his confidence and communication. My son is currently in their Brain lift program and my daughter completed her program, but still tutors with them almost 9 years later. I am extremely satisfied with the results I’m seeing so far from my sons sessions, the customer service and the support I receive from the top down at What’s On You Mind. From the initial interviews and the on boarding process with Maritza, the zoom calls with Dr Redler to every interaction with my son’s coach, Sai, my expectations are always surpassed. Every so often I receive a summary of my child’s progress from his coach and Dr. Redler, which is very detailed and explains the exercises he’s been working on and how he has improved with each one. My son’s confidence is growing and his initiation with school increasing.
