I live far away and am the only family to help with his move. Annie has been incredible not only communication, but managing an estate sale, prepping my dad’s home for sale. Annie and her team knocked it out of the park for us. They handled everything from an estate sale, prepping, repairing and cleaning the house to be show ready, and selling it. Both Annie and her team were so helpful and responded immediately, answering any questions or concerns we had about anything. I wasn't sure how tough it would be selling a house in Mesquite, NV while not living there, but it turns out with the right team it was simple. Kudos to Annie and her team! I appreciate all they did to help us through a difficult time in our lives!

My review of Annie Black.
My review starts with me having to sell a house in Mesquite NV. I’m in California, my brother lives in Mesquite. I came down to mesquite and did a lot of work, cleaning, boxing stuff, getting trash removed. Now it was time to find a Realtor, I’m thinking there are plenty to choose from, but how do you choose? This is new territory to me and I’m lost. Reading bio’s, looking at advertisements, searching the web, it can drive one crazy. I came across Annie Black, there was something about her and her bio that I liked. So I scheduled an appointment. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I made. I met with Annie and told her I needed help to get this house sold. We talked over the numbers and she explained what her and her team would be doing to get the house sold. I went with Annie. I gave Annie the key and relaxed my mind a bit. It was hard for me to let go of control, but I had to do it. I felt good going with Annie, she gave me a marketing proposal that laid out the plan. Her team came in and removed the rest of the stuff into the garage. Went through and cleaned the house like it looked when it was first brought. Within the week pictures were taken, videos were made and the house was posted! Her team is fantastic, I only met Laura but I know she had other members who did an excellent job. Laura would send me updates when there was a showing and weekly updates getting feedback from potential buyers. Annie’s team made me feel as if I was right in the middle of things, but I had no stress. When Annie told me we had a potential buyer and an offer was made I was speechless I was so happy. Laura told me now inspections and other stuff happens and we’ll see how things come back, but not to worry. Well everything came back great, I made repairs as requested and we were all good. This was quite a process, but because of Annie and her team of professionals the house sold in a very short amount of time. She was even able to sell leftovers items for me. I wish to thank Annie, Laura, Troy, Jodi and Olivia for a job well done.
