Peter and his crew at Unico rebuilt my old steps after the bricks became loose and unsafe. They removed all the old bricks and rebuilt the steps properly from the ground up. The new steps are solid, clean, and look far better than before. Couldn’t be more happier with how they turned out.

Peter and his crew came and replaced my roof after my home insurance warned they wouldn’t renew my policy due to the poor roof condition. They were able to accommodate me quickly since my policy was about to lapse, and they finished everything on time. The new roof looks great, and I had no issues getting my insurance renewed afterward.

Very professional crew that Peter has, they did a great job and cleaned up in detail. I had them brick up openings after removing air-conditioning sleeves, work came out as close to original bricks as possible. Peter did the leg work to find matching bricks for a 50 year old house. Unico Did my brick pointing approximately ten years ago, always a good experience.

I had a leak in my foundation that kept coming back even after two different companies tried repairing it. Unico Construction was the only one that actually diagnosed the root cause. Peter came out right away, walked me through everything, and the crew completed the repair the next week. It’s been raining multiple times since and the basement has stayed completely dry. They were professional, transparent, and did excellent work.

I had a leak in my foundation that two other companies tried to fix but it kept leaking every time it rained. I called Unico Construction and Peter came out right away to take a look. He explained what the real issue was, and the crew came the following week to do the repair. Since then, no more leaks. They were professional, honest, and did great work. Highly recommend!
