I have never before experienced this level of horrendous customer service in my life. I purchased a microwave from Home Depot the first week of November, and it ended up not working, so I called the number to troubleshoot and they referred me to Techville appliance with the promise they would schedule within 2-3 days, as my case had been submitted with them. One week went by without a call, so I called them and scheduled for a technician to come the next week. The tech came to my home on Monday Nov 24th and worked on the microwave for a few short minutes before telling me they would order some parts for it and call me back within 3-4 days to reschedule. No call ever came. So Friday I call to schedule the appointment and I am informed that the parts are not in and the latest they would come in would be Wednesday Dec 3rd, I then informed the employee on the phone that I would like a specific note on file to call me back ASAP as I had had trouble with them calling back previously. On the 4th I had still received no call to schedule, so again I called them. I am informed by their awful AI agent that my number has been recorded and someone will call me back ASAP. That day went by with no call. So again I called Friday morning, they again tell me my case has been marked urgent and someone will call to schedule as soon as available. Here I am Saturday afternoon now with still no call. I have called every number I can find for this awful company and no one has been able to schedule on appointment for me. Why is it so impossible to connect to a human agent with any sense of pride in the company, that will allow me to schedule on appointment? Long story short, I have been told no less than 4 times that Techvill would give me a call ASAP to schedule an appointment. I still do not have an appointment. Horrendous service all around so far, PS, my microwave still doesn't work

Randy showed up, and successfully fixed my washing machine. But, 1) He charged me way more than what the cost should’ve been. The fix did not require any parts, and he was there for a total of 45 minutes. He charged me 266.70. He spent 30 minutes diagnosing it (which cost 169$) and then charged me 85$ more for 15 minutes labor. This should have been included in the service call fee, when it was such a quick repair. 2) Randy was extremely pushy in getting a 5 star review. Basically forced me to scan the QR code, told me to select 5 starts and exactly what he wanted it to say. He told me the company pays him a small bonus for each 5 star review. He did fix my washer, but I would steer clear of this company.

Two of the burners on my LG induction stove quite working. I called Techvill for repair service. Stevenson came out and diagnosed the problem to be the main control board. The part was ordered and three weeks later the part was installed. My stove is working fine now. Very friendly front end staff as well as great technical service. I would definitely recommend Techvill to my friends and family.

We’ve had Oleksandr K from TechVill come out twice to service different appliances, first our dishwasher and then our oven. Both times he was professional, efficient and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. The scheduling team has also been great to work with. I would like to advise everybody to avoid this company, after my experience as well as doing a very little amount of digging I can tell you it’s a fake company that uses AI for pictures in its adds as well as chatGPT emails. They said they would fix my washer for $179, based on the error code I gave them. Tech came to my house and did some diagnostics and said they needed order $900 in parts and the diagnostic was $179 alone. The phone call I had with them for the quote was recorded, they allegedly reviewed it and said they would offer a fair compromise of $88 for half the diagnostic, I still refused because the services quoted were not completed. They then obviously started using chatGPT to write emails (double spaced, random bold letters where they had stuff added, very repetitive quotes), and fake parts were added to the quote with parts handling fees (whatever that is) as well as some other random service fee and now the compromise was $169, but the funny thing is they referenced their own techs notes that said no parts were handled or installed, OR ordered. The service technician (Lenny) was great. Very professional and courteous. In hindsight, I wish I knew that Dacor does not make parts any longer for older wall ovens. I would have avoided paying for a diagnosis and just put the money towards a new oven, which we ended up purchasing anyway.

Zero stars if I could. Came to my home Monday, received text link to pay the bill Tuesday. Link did not work, no worries, I'll get to it later. Received another text DEMAND to pay or they will send me to collections on Wednesday. Still never received an actual invoice. Really?!?! Demand to pay after 2 days of being in my home or you'll send me to collections. NEVER using them again.

We also apologize that you did not receive a proper invoice before those reminders were sent. We’re reviewing why the invoice link failed and why the automated system followed up the way it did — that isn’t the standard we want for our customers.

Having an appointment booked, no one show up, and then getting different answers each time you call is incredibly frustrating — especially when you’re just trying to get something simple done. You’re right to be upset.

We do use an AI assistant to help with booking and call handling, but it’s our responsibility to make sure it doesn’t give conflicting information or let an appointment slip through the cracks. In your case, it clearly felt like it did both, and that’s something we need to fix on our side, not yours.
