This company is so far the best roofing contractor I have worked with. They are extremely responsive, the personnel is well educated and answered all of my questions. They were very punctual and completed the Job in a timely manner. After 6 months of installation My AC contractor realized they forgot to install a hanger for my AC when replacing the roof, and I let them know. Chris, the owner, called me directly and cover the cost of the installation! this is what i call a Great Service! Totally recommended! PS: The best prices for the service in the Area!

Tampa Bay provided great service. They were very accessible, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dallas was our sales person and main contact. He went out of his way to find shingle samples and get them out to us quickly. Then, our leaky roof was put on the schedule and repaired immediately. Dennis was the supervisor on the roof. He sent us pictures, updates, and immediate pricing on all extra materials needed for repairs as they worked. It was a pleasant experience with fabulous outcome from beginning to end. The roof is beautiful!

TBRS did a great job replacing a shingle roof on a prior home I owned so I contacted them again for additional work on my current home. They did another great job installing a flat roof that needed replacement. I will look to them again when I need to replace my tile roof.

Tampa Bay Roofing came to our rescue when we had 2 roof leaks during torrential downpours. Then when it was determined that we needed a new roof, they not only were the most professional and informative when giving us a quote, they were the lowest quote out of the 4 we got. And no deposit/down payment on the job. We were told…”You don’t pay until you are 100% satisfied with our work”. They stood by their word. A few areas on the roof needed attention after the installation, and they were fixed promptly. We have already recommended Tampa Bay Roofing to several neighbors and will continue to do so.

Chris is AMAZING. I had to call him for an emergency and both the response time and service were excellent. He explained each detail and best of all, he is honest and fair. I spoke with Brandy in the office and she was wonderful as well. I am not glad of the emergency situation. But, I am glad to have found this company. Adding after completion: I can't say enough about how great this company has been. From the initial phone call through to completion. Chris, Trish, Jonathan, Quinton, Dennis and the whole team are incredible. I have been singing their praises to everyone.
