I had an amazing experience getting sugar waxed by Elena! She’s very experienced and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I’m 21 weeks pregnant and extra sensitive, but she took her time and was so gentle. I really appreciated how she let me know ahead of time before each pull—made the process so much easier. Highly recommend Elena if you want someone patient, skilled, and caring.

I’ve had sugaring here before yet today when I went in they didn’t have my phone number on file which was already annoying. On top of that the girl at desk was so rude and had no manners whatsoever. She looked like she hated being there. The aesthetician near the end was not very hygienic and placed a cotton piece she was using for my skin directly on the chair not even on the towel then used it again on my skin. When I pointed this out she raised her voice and became passive aggressive and defensive. Then when I head back to reception the rude girl at the desk just tells me the total amount and already has the amount set up to pay. Super rude and unprofessional employees here

What an amazing experience. Way less painful than waxing. I got a Brazilian and underarms. I will definitely be back. I think I’m switching from waxing to sugaring after this experience. Zina was amazing. She took the time to see what could be done about my ingrowns and offered recommendations. She also went in with tweezers to get the stubborn hairs. Highly recommend!!
