Very good information on the order taking visit and on the measuring up visit. Quick service from order being placed to the instalation date.
The removal of old fittings and fitting of replacements was completed in the set time and to a very high stanadard by the fitter and he made sure that he kept everything neat and tidy.
The total service from first visit to completion of the job was first rate and we could not of been more satisfied.
WELL DONE to all concerned.

I have a semi-detached bungalow with a total of 8 windows and external doors. Not wanting every room to be done all at once, I broke the work down to 4 visits. This meant I had a lot of contact with the sales team, office staff, surveyor and installers.
The Sales staff were always very helpful, contacting me by emails and phone calls. The Surveyor was always punctual and thorough, always giving me an expected time of arrival. The two installers worked well together, treated my home respectfully, worked to a high standard and cleared up all their mess. The total price was also competitive.
I have no hesitation in recommending St Helens Windows to others wanting to upgrade their windows and external doors.

Brilliant customer service from quote to installation. The aftercare has also been fantastic, Graham, the maintenance technician, is great. Jordan has been super helpful throughout the process and we are very happy with our new front door!! Highly recommend this company and will be using them for future jobs.

Both Ewan and Tyler worked really hard and kept us informed as the job progressed. They did need to come back for some unforeseen miner adjustments and again rang when they said they would and completed everything to our satisfaction.

Mislead on how door is manufactured and who would be installing it. Installed incorrect tly needing numerous call outs to try to resolve problems. Door rattles and is drafty and remains a problem. Contacting them again after 12 months as door won't shut unless you slam it and is wonky in the frame! Get what you pay for I guess. Cheap and nasty. Only positive is staff are friendly. Very disappointed is an understatement!
Has since been out to rectify problem. Door now fits frame. The problem was due to very poor initial installation. This person no longer works for the company.
This said, I'm editing 7 yrs on and can say the door is not and has never been right. The biggest purchase regret ever. The brown pvc has faded and peeled as well as being drafty and never shuts properly!
