I recently used SCS to fabricate some 4130 Chromoly 4-link brackets. I was happy to find they had this material in .125" for what I was doing. I utilized their design program to draw up what I needed, which was a very straightforward process. The best part was the pricing. I needed 4 tabs total but got a much reduced price when I increased the quantity to 10 and now I have extras for future projects. The tabs came packed extremely well and the quality of the parts was outstanding. I will definitely be a returning customer

Unbelievably easy. I uploaded the .stp files and selected the material. The parts arrived about 3 days later. Very inexpensive and great results. Parts were pristine when they arrived. I superglued pairs together to ream the holes. I added witness punch marks to keep the track of the mating pairs. Any blemished you see on the material are from my reaming, deburring and releasing the superglue with a propane torch.

Send Cut Send is a great resource for our race car fabrication hobby. Sometimes parts are too fiddly to make in the shop and SCS comes through with quick delivery and perfect quality. Prices are great when labor and time are factored in to making a one off part in our own.

The people over at SCS are completely top notch. Unmatched customer service, always reachable, and ready to answer any and all questions regarding the design/ordering process even when (user error) issues with designs arise. Ricky and Dalton went the extra mile with reaching out and walking me through fixing some of the issues I had with some designs I submitted for MDF cutting, making sure that I understood the process by which I could fix my design and how do get it reuploaded once fixed, while going the extra mile and offering to take a look at my designs prior to my reuploading them for cutting. Will definitely be going back to SCS for any similar projects!
This small company’s talent pool is highly inconsistent — the quality of work varies significantly from day to day. One technician may follow the notes correctly and produce accurate cuts, while another may disregard the instructions entirely. As a result, customers struggle to identify the correct interface or method within their limited online software to communicate required measurements or changes.
Their system is outdated and difficult to use. And when they are unwilling or unable to assist, they simply redirect customers to a separate “private” division to reorder the same cuts — at additional cost.
Love the quality of the customer service! I was having trouble understanding the problems with the files I had uploaded, as well as countersinking. Michaela guided me to their site's video resources (which are super helpful), and went above and beyond to convert a file to the correct format so I could complete my project. Thank you so much for your patience and helping me cross the finish line!
