We had 2 holes in our roof created by our satellite TV dish blowing over. Zev Bailey came to our home the day he was contacted, inspected the holes and tarped over them temporarily. He also inspected the roof, particularly around the chimney to determine why the decking around the satellite dish was damp. Within 4 days, including the weekend, all repairs were completed and I was provided contact information should I have any concerns going forward. It was a very pleasant and professional experience.

Reign Roofing & Construction did great work for us, and we are incredibly happy with the experience and results. Stedson was wonderful to work with through all phases of the project. He and the owner Zev are friendly, honest and genuinely committed to client satisfaction. Reign also did a great job working with our insurance company. We needed a new roof after a hail storm this spring, which included shingles, gutters, a standing seam copper section and a chimney cap. They took the roof down to the deck to make sure there was no damage, replacing the moisture barrier. In addition to repairing hail damage to roof and gutters, we asked Reign to do other maintenance including exterior caulking and painting, window seals, new shutters, mortar and brick porch repair, metal fence painting and front door refinishing. The work is beautiful, and we've been getting unsolicited compliments from everyone who comes over. We will absolutely use Reign the next time we need roof repair or other work done.

I live in Allen, Texas where tornadoes, thunder stoms, and wind/ hail damages are common occurrences. With that said, I have been needing a new roof for quite some time. However, I had heard horror stories about roofing comanies who did poor or incompetent jobs and left families worse off than they were before. A trusted friend of mine posted on Facebook about the wonderful job Zev Bailey, owner of Reign Roofing and Construction Company did for him. I went to the Reign Roofing and Construction's website and asked for a free inspection. When Zev came to our home, I did not feel uneasy or unsure about my choice. In fact, I felt safe and secure because this wonderful young man is a true child of God. I actually feel like Bro. Zev was a God send for me and my family. Bro Zev is honest, respectful, hardworking and kind. I immediately knew I could trust him. Using pictures, he gave me an honest detailed report about the condition of my roof. He quoted a very fair and resonable price for the job and I was not disappointed. Bro Zev's quote was well below the fly by night, unlicensed roofing companies that come knocking on your door right after a storm. I unfortunately, am under a rather difficult to deal with, HOA. Bro. Zev had the patience of a saint while corresponding with and waiting on approval from this HOA on the type of shingles I chose so he could proceed with the much needed job. When approval was finally granted, Bro Zev took action! I was so impressed with the respect, speed, efficiency and workmanship of the Reign Roofing and Construction Company employees. When the job was completed, they cleaned up after themselves so well that it was hard to believe my roof was ever done! By the way, my roof is gorgeous! I now the best looking, best built roof In my entire neighborhood. In todays world, there are few companies people feel they can truly put their total trust in. However, I can honestly say, you can put your home and total trust in Zev Bailey and the Reign Roofing and Construction company. I thank God for introducing me to Bro Zev. Finally I found an excellent contractor for hail damage repairs to my home. Reign Roofing, in particular, Stedson, we're absolutely second to none. Stedson was very professional, upfront about the costs, continually communicated with us about which repairs would be done and when they would be completed. They provided us impact resistant shingles at no extra charge, which is an instant savings to our homeowners insurance premium. So many contractors in the past promise so much, but in the end all you are filled with is regret. I can honestly say that they are by far the best contractors I've ever dealt with yet.
I highly recommend this company! Zev went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He was honest and upfront and didn’t try to upsell me. Showed up when promised and communicated with me throughout the process. The work was done 100% to my satisfaction. I needed roof repair as well as repair of drywall and painting. It was nice to have one stop shopping. They were able to take care of all of it from start to finish. Couldn’t say enough good things about my experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
