Die Quantität der Tattoos ist sehr gut. Vielleicht fehlt hier und da noch das gewisse etwas aber ich bin für mein Tattoo total zufrieden!
Ich habe mich von Anfang an aufgehoben gefühlt und kompetent beraten.
Wen es an der Sprachbarriere schadet sollte einfach einen Übersetzer nutzen.
Vielleicht als kleine Anmerkung an das Studio.
Die 2 Stühle direkt unter der Klima sollte man vielleicht etwas umbauen oder die Klima nicht auf 24 grad ballern lassen, etwas unangenehm während man gerade eine 4-8h Sitzung vor sich hat.

I got a sternum tattoo here yesterday. I was a bit nervous about getting a tattoo abroad and choosing the right studio but I am so glad I chose PureINK.
The receptionist was absolutely lovely and explained the process, paperwork and after care very thoroughly.
The artist was amazing, the lines are very clean even though the part of the body that he was working on kept moving every time I breathed. He was also really gentle and the tattoo was almost painless even though the area can be quite sensitive.
I would absolutely recommend coming here. The experience was extremely pleasant and the tattoo is perfect.

I was not impressed with the tattoo session. Initially, I requested a quote for the rest of my sleeve and was told it would be 30,000 B. However, the next day, the price increased to 40,000 B. I wasn't expecting this change, but I decided to proceed anyway.
The atmosphere during the session was uncomfortable. The artist seemed disengaged and somewhat frustrated, which made it difficult for me to relax. Additionally, we were scheduled to start at 2 PM but didn't actually begin until 4 PM. Overall, I felt that the service was lacking, and it seemed like he was more interested in finishing the job than in the quality of his work.
I am happy to pay for quality work and good service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience this time. To make matters worse, I left my charger there, and when I went back the next day, it had disappeared. I find that very frustrating. Sometimes it feels as though they think people from overseas have a lot of cash, but they should realize that’s not always the case.

I want to clarify a few important points, because the details in your review are not accurate.
Pricing:
The initial 30k baht quote you were given was based on you walking into our studio during a busy period without an appointment and having a very quick discussion with our staff before leaving. It was an approximate starting estimate, and you were clearly informed that the price would increase if the design covered a larger area or required more work. Once you returned and showed the actual area and details you wanted, the final confirmed price reflected that.
The price was fully explained before each session. You signed our consent form with the exact amount written on it prior to starting, every time. Nothing was changed without your agreement. If the price wasn’t what you were comfortable with, the correct time to bring that up would have been before proceeding with the tattoo.
Atmosphere and behavior:
The atmosphere in the studio was normal. It only shifted when your behavior became loud and disruptive, to the point where another client on the same floor made a complaint. In addition, during your interaction in the studio, your boyfriend immediately began dictating everything and spoke to our staff disrespectfully, which also impacted the environment. We are happy that you arrived with your boyfriend, but two of our staff took offense to how your boyfriend acted towards them.
Design process:
During this process, you left to get food and told us you would be one hour but returned nearly two hours later. Despite that delay, we continued working on your design and ensured everything was prepared properly.
Most of our client’s book in advance, receive initial designs online for feedback, and then make final adjustments in the studio before starting. You received the same level of attention and custom work even without an advance booking of more than one day.
Charger claim:
I personally reviewed our camera footage and all common areas. There is no moment showing you leaving a charger behind, and nothing matching your description was ever found. If you believe something was taken, you are welcome to file a police report, and we will provide the full footage to them. Also, just as a reminder, Thailand has strict defamation laws, even negative statements about places or people can lead to legal issues. So it’s important to be careful about making broad claims.
Quality of tattoo and service:
Our artists take pride in their work and never rush any tattoo. We stand by the quality of the piece you received, and we will even share it on our Instagram because we are confident in the result.
If anything made the session difficult, it was the constant movement on your side. We understand tattoos can be painful, but during your session you were rolling around and changing positions repeatedly, which made it challenging for the artist to work safely and effectively.
Follow up:
As the owner, I also reached out personally to discuss everything with you. You answered the call and hung up immediately without speaking. You later sent a text and said you were open to talking that evening, but when messaged, you stated you no longer wanted to speak. We’re always open to genuine feedback, but we also need to correct claims that are not accurate.

Todd was kinder than expected when we came in the night before right at closing. I showed them a rough idea that I wanted and had Bang customize it. Shop is extremely clean and above standards that I've seen at shops where I live in Austin, Texas. Bang did an excellent job and was quick with the work. I am past my first week and the tattoo is immaculate. No scaring from going too deep, color stayed perfectly and looks better than I could have thought up. The owner was super sweet and totally made us feel welcome. 11/10 shop and I hope to return one day
