Edit: I have lodged several more claims, the latest one 18/11/25 which was approved an hour later. I continue to receive excellent service from Petsy and thoroughly recommend them. I have put in my first claim, in the evening of 23/4/24, for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Darcy, due to a corneal ulcer on one of his eyes. I spoke to a very pleasant & helpful gentlemen over the phone to obtain help with the lodgement process. As I also provided all his vet history, the claim was approved within 3 business days. I then made a 2nd claim today, 1/5/24, for a follow up visit with the vet, and the claim was approved an hour later. A lady from Petsy also rang me to ask how Darcy was. I found the whole process very easy, with emails being sent to me to let me know the progress of my claim. I have spoken with Petsy staff members on several occasions now, and everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. Each time I rang I have not had to wait very long on the phone for my call to be answered.

I recommend Petsy. No sub limits . I chose $25,000 cover with $150pa excess and all vet consults covered with I especially like. Pleasant Australian call centre. I have made several claims for my dog Darcy, which were approved quickly - 2 an hour after I made the claim.
