From speaking with Natasha on that first difficult phone call I knew our family pet would be looked after. Everything was respectful and dignified, and we received the ashes the next morning in a wooden casket with a lovely framed nose and paw print, fur and a candle which is such a nice touch. I would recommend to anyone local that finds themselves at the end of their pets life wanting a local, dignified and quick cremation to use pet cremation direct. In the past we have waited weeks for ashes to be returned when using services at the vets and your pet having to be taken miles away, nothing was too much for Natasha & Robert, Ty was taken away from home so respectfully and cared for at such a difficult time for us, thank you.

Pet Cremation were so kind and professional when my cat pased away. They talked me through the process and timelines and gave me all the time i needed to say my final goodbye. They retuned the ashes to me next day exactly when they said. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Sadly we made the decision to put our beloved Guinea pig Blossom to sleep on Friday. We decided to use Pet Cremation Direct for her cremation. I am so glad I did as Paula was just so lovely and compassionate and I knew Blossom would be treated with the care she deserved. She may have just been a guinea pig but she’s left a huge hole in our life and these guys made everything just that little bit easier at a really difficult time. Not to mention she was back with us so quickly too. Thank you so much 🩷

This wonderful family business made our decision to end our dog's suffering, stress-free and comforting. From the initial call with Paula, arrangements to send Bea, the vet, then Paula collecting our lovely boy from our home and returning his ashes the following day was all seamless. Paula and Bea showed us empathy and professionalism. We were also delighted to receive his nose and paw prints, his fur and a lovely heart-shaped scented candle. We thoroughly recommend this local new business.

Many thanks to Paula and the Team for making such a sad experience bearable. Paula who came to collect George was lovely .I placed him in the basket she brought and she carefully with blankets tucked him in - he looked as though he was sleeping .Everything was carried out with great respect and care . He was returned to me today with a nose and paw print on cards , a heart shaped candle ,certificate and little bottle filled with his hair in a small gift bag .Items I shall treasure forever . I can highly recommend this service .

Thank you so much to Pet Cremation Direct for the care they showed when our golden retriever Holly had to be euthanised at the emergency vets recently. She went to Rainbow Bridge early Sunday morning. I rang Pet Cremation Direct first thing Monday morning. They collected Holly from the vets within a couple of hours and messaged me to let me know they had her. On Wednesday morning they contacted me to let me know she was ready and they delivered the lovely casket back to us in the afternoon, along with a framed pawprint, a separate pawprint and nose print on card, a lovely bottle with some of her hair and a heart shaped candle. In the past we have had to wait 2+ weeks for our pet to be returned so I highly recommend the prompt service and care shown to us. Thank you

would definitely recommend Paula and Pet Cremation Direct, we lost our dog on Wednesday evening, I rang Paula Thursday morning to arrange them to collect Lola from the vets, Paula made the whole process so easy, they collected her from the vets and got her back to us later that day! that's exactly what we wanted, our girl back home where she belongs as soon as we could. we got some amazing prints of her nose and paws, which we treasure forever. thank you so much for all you did for us

Sadly had to have my late mums elderly dog Blue put to sleep last Friday. We wanted his ashes back as quickly as possible and after a visit to see Paula earlier the same day she reassured me she would collect Blue from the vets shortly after he fell asleep and I would have his ashes back later the same day or the Monday. Paula kept me up to date and personally delivered his ashes back to me at 5pm the same afternoon. The crem that the vets use would have been at least 10 days so this was fantastic service from Pet Crematorium Direct. Blue was delivered in a lovely wooden casket alongwith a framed paw print and other prints and some of his fair in a little bottle in a lovely netted gift bag. I can't recommend them enough - totally amazing.

Could not recommend this company enough. Our dog sadly passed away at home on a Sunday, they kindly stayed open late for us so we didn’t have to spend the night with him. Once we got there the two ladies were so comforting, they gave us as much time as we needed with him to say goodbye. They took the time to ask about what he was like and told us he will be having plenty of cuddles. Today we have received our dogs cremations in a beautiful personalised box, a paw print and a nose print ( that we did not ask nor pay more for) a beautiful candle and a bottle of his fur. They have helped turn a very traumatic situation into a peaceful one . Can’t thank them enough xx

Bee, thank you for making Archie’s last moments so peaceful and dignified and for also putting me at ease from what was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. I couldn’t have wished for a better person. Paula, I know I’ve been a blubbering wreck every time we have spoken but I just wanted to say thank you for looking after my boy. You have been so compassionate and caring throughout & you made the whole process flawless. When I visited Arch the morning of his cremation, he looked so peaceful and pain free. I sadly had to contact Paula as my little boy, Eddie, was very poorly and was ready to go to sleep. From the first contact, Paula was very compassionate and caring. Bee, the vet, came to Eddie's home and was so caring, calming and reassuring - being able to say goodbye to Eddie at home meant a lot to me after he'd spent so long in the hospital and had trips back and to the vets. Paula brought Eddie home the day after and having him back home so soon brought comfort. Thank you to you both for your kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness at such a sad and difficult time.

After losing Fudge, a hugely loved member of our family, in unexpected and extremely fast circumstances at the ridiculous age of only 4 years and 9 months old. We wanted Fudge to pass away at home surrounded by her family. Paula from Pet Cremation Direct, arranged everything for us in incredibly fast time. The hospital informed us, we only had a ridiculously short time of 24 hours from when Fudge was collected from the hospital to when she needed to be put to sleep. This was to keep her from any suffering. Paula was fantastic, she arranged the vet to come to our house the next day and made all the other arrangements for us. Unfortunately, When we got Fudge home at 3pm, it was obvious, she was very uncomfortable and we could not let her go another 24 hours with the discomfort she was in. I contacted Paula at about 4PM and she was fantastic again and she somehow managed to get the vet to come within 5 hours instead of the next day. We will always be truly grateful for this because it stopped all her suffering. After Fudge had passed away at 8.45PM, Paula sat and waited outside untill we were ready for Fudge to be taken away. Fudge was cremated the next day and brought back to our door, in a lovely wooden urn, with a vial of her hair and her paw print. I have to say an absolutely massive thank you to Paula and Pet Cremation Direct for there professionalism and her fast actions that stopped Fudges suffering. We will always be grateful and would highly recommend this company in what is an awful time for any pet owner. Also a massive thank you to Bee the vet, she explained the entire process, she did not rush us and was extremely compassionate. Fudge passed away completely pain free and relaxed. It was the best possible end to the worst week of our families life. Thank you, so very much Paula and Bee.
