Installation & Initial Support Experience:
As a new user of the MAXSELL S8300 gold purity machine, I initially faced difficulty reaching the helpline number for support. When I didn’t receive a response, I visited the MAXSELL official website to access their global support options. From there, I connected with the team through a WhatsApp audio call.
I was impressed by their regional language support during the call, which made communication much easier. I immediately shared a screenshot of the error I was facing, and the support executive posted it in the technical support group while still on the call — this quick action was reassuring.
Technical Support Experience:
Shortly after, I received a WhatsApp message from Mr. Wasim, the support engineer. He promptly offered remote assistance via AnyDesk. Not only did he resolve the technical issue, but he also took the time to guide me through the basic operation of the machine, which was very helpful for a beginner like me.
I’m especially grateful for their on-time support during the weekend, which exceeded my expectations.
