Well what can I say about lock & key? I've been a part of the lock family for 5 years now. And they've always gone above and beyond for me and my kids. Dee, she's an exceptional woman. And will help you with anything you need. Always been so easy to speak to, always at the end of call if you have a housing issue, she's great with advice and great at handling any issues with the house. Best estate agents I've ever been with. She's always been firm but fair. Never felt uncomfortable or anything less than family to her business would highly recommend to anyone who needs a home much love Lock & Key

Well, where do I start? Not just a great service but exceptional! We had to sell our dad's house after he passed away. He lived in Blackburn and we're down south. These lovely people took control, we didn't have to worry about anything. They checked the house regularly, always kept in touch with us, throughout the whole process they made us feel at ease. They knew we were grieving at the same time and they were full of empathy. Such lovely people, would fully recommend. Also feel we've made good friendships too. Dee and Ryan in particular, thankyou so much from the bottom of our hearts.

Lock and key provided a fantastic service from initial communications through to the purchase of a property. Dee also recommended the builders to referb the property from top to bottom in readiness to be let out which they also did seamlessly. The communication from Dee was exceptional and I would have no hesitations in using Lock and keys services in the future.
