Being a tenant with Limetree was a very smooth experience. The house was in great condition when we first moved in, and whenever there was something to fix, Olly and Nick were very quick and hands on to help out. Not only that but they were also very fair when it came to the deposit. All in all, the experience at 7 Moorhen Way was really good for our group and I recommend Limetree Students highly to others!
I've stayed with Limetree students for my 3rd year of university, and my only regret is not staying for all three years! Very easily my favourite house. Lovely property that feels homely, with little luxury touches (heated towel rails!) Olly and Nick are friendly, professional and helpful. Repairs were done very quickly, even minor ones. Repairs and viewing were always communicated well. I would give 10 stars if i could!
My housemates and I stayed in one of their accommodations for 2 years and had no problems. The property itself had a modern interior, was very clean on arrival and located in a good area for accessing the town centre as well as Teesside University. Olly is a polite and very understanding landlord and I would definitely recommend staying with Limetree for students looking for new accommodation in Teesside.
Would definitely recommend!! The landlord is very friendly and the houses are so modern and homely!!

Great accommodation and great caring people. Has always been there for the tenants when we need help within a day or two and never leaves it to the last minute, does occasional visit to make sure the house is functioning well and checking in if we're doing okay. Provides small necessities every now and then without being asked, also gives Christmas chocolate boxes!
Accomodation has everything you need for practical use, a clean place worth looking after with fully functioning appliances. A good as I called it and would have stayed longer than 2 years if I given the option.
I had been a tenant of Limetree for three consecutive years, two of which were as a student and one as a working professional. I’m genuinely saddened to have moved on. Both Olly and Nick are fantastic landlords. They’re incredibly friendly, supportive, and flexible. If there was any issue with the house, the maintenance was incredibly quick.
The properties themselves set a high standard for property standards. Everything is immaculate, down to the last detail. The properties are well-kept and redecorated to maintain this high standard. The properties come furnished, with everything you need, making it really feel like home. Bedrooms are very spacious, equipped with storage, a nice sized bed and a desk which came in handy for myself having a computer I use on a daily basis. Common rooms like the kitchen and living room had very high quality furniture and appliances. Rent for both working and students is very affordable.
The application process and deposit handling are incredibly efficient and straightforward, making it a hassle-free experience.
They have a wide range of properties to suit you and your friend groups needs.
I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever find another landlord like Limetree. Having three years experience with them, I would highly recommend Limetree to any students in the Middlesbrough area, especially if you’re looking to house share with friends. It’s the perfect landlord to go with and definitely the best landlord to go with if you have never rented before, they make the process so much easier for you.
Had the best year with Limetree and if I could stay longer I would’ve! The house was so beautifully furnished and if anything ever came up Olly would sort the problem very quickly and to a very good standard. Thank you for the brilliant house and wonderful service you have provided this year :)
Absolutely incredible student landlord. After having landlords that were impossible to get a hold of, responded months later and just frankly didn't care this was a dream. Olly is so lovely, any issues with property were sorted promptly, the property itself is well decorated for a student property which I appreciated. Payment and deposit were simple. I have recommended to my friends already but would recommend to anyone looking. It is worth the money for sure
We rented with Limetree for 2 years and I couldn’t recommend it more. Really high standard student accommodation. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Olly was always very helpful and fair.

I stayed in a Limetree Students property for my 3rd year of uni. The house was beautifully done up and really modern. Whenever we had any slight issues Olly always promptly responded which was very much appreciated. It was easily the best accommodation I have stayed in during my time at university.
Stayed in a Limetree property for my final year of university with 4 housemates, the house was amazing and Olly was such an amazing landlord. The property was wonderful furnished and the bills were included. Any small issues Olly got fixed right away and was such a kind and considerate landlord. Our only regret is that we only stayed for a year, we should have gone with Limetree from the beginning! I highly recommend to any students in the area!

Me and a group of my friends lived with Limetree Student Properties for a year and it was easily one of my best choices, bills included with price, furnished, and only a few mins walk from the university. Highly recommend.
