Richard was very professional and helped figure out what was wrong with my locks, he diagnosed and fixed my main door just by locking it and figuring out there was an issue with it. This wasn’t what he came to fix. His professionalism and attention to detail cannot be overemphasised and i will definitely recommend him to anyone!
