Francesca è stata fantastica! Ha reso il tour molto divertente e ci ha guidato attraverso i passaggi di fare tiramisù, e pasta tradizionale. Ha un tale amore per la cucina e la pazienza che ha reso il tour così facile e divertente! Il vino incluso e la possibilità di gustare le nostre creazioni in seguito è stato un bonus impressionante. Consiglio vivamente!

Miglior corso di cucina di sempre!
Francesca era incredibile, e questa era facilmente la pasta migliore che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro tempo in Italia. La classe era molto educativa, e ricevere le ricette dopo la lezione è stato anche sorprendente. Abbiamo imparato così tanto e ci siamo divertiti!

Yummy pizza and gelato
My husband I had Francesca and lilliette (not sure if correct spelling). They were both lovely. Francesca has a passion for food. She was born and raised in the Rome area — she has spent many years in training — she is beautiful person and so easy to be comfortable with- very gracious. We did several tours etc, this was our favorite activity — do not hesitate to book her.

Fantastic experience! The pizza-making class was fun, informative, and very hands-on. The instructor was friendly and patient, explaining every step from making the dough to baking the pizza. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and in the end we got to taste our own freshly made pizzas – they were absolutely delicious! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn the secrets of authentic Italian pizza.”

Non abbiamo mai fatto un corso di cucina e questo è stato fenomenale! Francesca era così divertente e ben informato. Abbiamo fatto 2 primi piatti e tiramisù. Assolutamente delizioso! E 'stato un po' bello come eravamo solo noi e un'altra coppia così ha avuto un sacco di tempo per fare domande ed è stato in grado di conoscerla. Raccomandazione al 100 %!

Excellent scuola di cucinare!
Francesca and Francesco were excellent hosts and chefs. The pizza and gelato experience was excellent - we highly recommend this class for anyone visiting Rome! The ingredients, recipes, and thoughtfulness into this course was great. We learned so much and it was a highlight our trip. Buonissima!

We can highly recommend the cooking class. Francesca was delighted to show us around the market first and gave us a very authentic insight into Italian cuisine, products and local traders. She responded individually to our cooking requests, which we then prepared together. We had a very authentic and delicious experience, learnt a lot about cooking and highly recommend the market tour with the cooking class afterwards.
