Ian and his terrific crew have just spent five days with us, during which time they removed our old perished oil tank, drained and capped its supply pipe to an old oil boiler, then removed that and every radiator in the house prior to installing a state of the art new heat pump and new rads. It works wonderfully, and the installation process was as painless as possible. There were up to four of them, all super professional, respectful of us and our property, and very good company. I cannot imagine how the whole process could have run more smoothly, and we are super-happy.

Heat Pump Installation:
Ian had previously installed our gas boiler, so when it came to switching to a heat pump we did not hesitate to use IB heating. The installation was expertly done with all the essential heat loss calculations and radiator sizing carried out to ensure we have a super efficient heating system. We couldn't be happier (or warmer!). Thank you Ian, Tony, Finlay and Jason, it was a pleasure to have you in our home for the week.
Ian and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They replaced an aging oil-fired system with an air source heat pump and upgraded radiators, and they expedited the process, knowing we had two small children and were currently without hot water. The job required quite a few people in the house at times, but we never minded, as they're such a nice bunch. We're very pleased with our heat pump, and we're happy to recommend iB Heating.

It was a complex installation with innovative equipment specified by us that that was new and challenging to everyone. We were very impressed by Ian and his team when they installed a new exterior boiler for us.
