The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy for us to choose the right type of carpet for our needs. They had a large selection of prints and patterns, we ended up choosing a white geometric design on light gray. We were able to order two custom cut hallway runners and a large area rug for a much better price and quality than anything we would have found at Target or on Amazon. I definitely recommend stopping in if you are shopping for any type of flooring, even if it’s something small!

Kevin in sales helped us find just the carpet we needed - he found the color and quality we were looking for. Darwin (installation) did a perfect job - looks fantastic and ready to move the furniture back in. Thank you Giant Carpet!

I am a repeat Giant customer and for good reason. Along with having a vast amount of carpeting to choose from, the sales staff are friendly, helpful , upfront with costs and not pushy. Thank you John!!
I would also like to comment on Marlon who has done 2 installs for me. He along with his partner, do meticulous work!! Marlon shows up on time, clearly confirms all instructions, is neat, polite and professional . Marlon knows what he is doing which is why I had asked for him to do a second installation.
One more thing, I have had a not so good experience with a big box store and a Really
not so good experience with a “ little guy” store. So when I say the team at Giant has been a pleasure to deal with, I say it with true honesty. From start to finish I am very satisfied Giant customer.

Adam & Mo have helped us with several carpeting projects in the past few months. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They were so accommodating to our timelines and schedules. I've been dealing with giant floor for years and they have delivered nothing less than fantastic work. Matt was out quick for the estimate and very easy to work with. Darwin was an absolute professional on the install and I couldn't be happier with the job that they did.
