Boat is up out of the water and it’s simple as driving forward ! It’s nice to know we’ve saved the future cost of having the bottom of the boat cleaned on a regular basis !

I am having a problem with the company, Floating Docks Florida, that I bought the Wave Armor floating dock from. Initially my experience was great. Lou, the owner, quickly helped me get the dock that was right for me ordered. The installation team really knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, they had brought the wrong collar that goes around one of the poles with them. I foolishly paid in full. I am still trying to get Lou to make this right but I don’t think he is going to. I should have paid attention to other reviewers that said the installers brought a wrong part and then would never bring the correct part once they had been paid in full. That is what happened to me. It seems really stupid to ruin the entire relationship with a customer. I was even willing to install it. Here is the timeline of my experience with Floating Docks Florida.
• The dock was installed September 4, 2025 but had one wrong part for the collar that goes around one of the poles
• The installation team told me they would bring the correct one the next day or maybe the next week.
• When I asked about it again on September 11th. Lou said he would order it. I did not appear that the install team ever followed up with anyone to order the part.
• I texted Lou again on September 26th. No Response
• And texted Lou again on September 30th. No Response
• Texted Lou on October 1 that I was going to contact Wave Armor to see if they would help me and he immediately responded that a truck was coming. No details were provided on when it was expected.
• Contacted Lou again on October 17th about what the status of the truck delivery was with no response.
• I initially posted a Google review on October 17th but took it down after Lou assured me that the truck was leaving the factory on October 20th. He also said he would contact me when the truck arrived on October 21-22nd. Heard nothing.
• Contacted Lou again on October 30th. No response.

Service was great. The installation went very smoothly. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend Lou and Joe and the whole team!! I have them coming back to add a few other things.

Joe the installer and his partner on install day went right to work..weather delayed them for arrival but came back as promised to finish the job..I haven't got a call back after for follow-up but after they sent this maybe I will....haven't had any issues as of yet dock works like they stated...

Lou was our initial contact and yeah the guy is so knowledgeable and super nice and professional. Joe did the install and follow up and the communication was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would. Install was easy peasy and we love the dock. We loved the experience with these guys. Will be doing the rest of the dock with them in the future. Looking forward to their help in creativity.
