Lucy and Rob treated me and my family with so much respect and kindness, we are grateful beyond words!! The care with which they treated our baby has been invaluable. They are truly such charitable, generous individuals who are dedicated to sending off the animals among with utmost generosity. Aside from the wonderful people, this business is so efficient- Lucy ensured communication with us throughout the process while Rob quickly both received our cat’s body and returned the ashes within 3 days. Furthermore, the packaging is also brilliant. We are so lucky to have come across these people!! Thank you☺️☺️

First, let me start by saying thank you to Lucy and Robert for their professionalism and care, sadly we have had to use Firtree twice for my son's Hamsters Chewbacca (Chewie) and Darth Vader (Darth) and both experiences were made easier with their help, also had to change plans as was having trouble getting to pick up Darth so they brought him home we can't thank them enough for their understanding, would highly recommend.

From start to finish, Lucy, her family, and James, the vet, were amazing. Advice, care, and gentleness. Saying goodbye to a family pet, our handsome, soft, sweet Bud, at nearly 17 was tough. Lucy guided us through. James did a house call and talked us through the end of life care in detail. We felt safe and reassured at every step Collecting his ashes today was also lovely, a beautiful casket, engraved, paw print in clay, and a small jar of fur to keep. Lovely touches from obviously kind hearts. Hopefully a while before we need these services again! But I would recommend Firtree to anyone.

I have used Firtree Pet Crematorium before and sadly I needed their services again after my Kerry Blue Lola very unexpectedly passed away on the 15/4/2025. Losing a pet is always traumatic and deeply upsetting. Lucy and Rob did everything possible to make the procedure as easy as it possibly could be. Rob picked up Lola at around 8:15pm on Tuesday, from home, and returned the following Thursday at midday with her ashes, paw print and a lock of her hair in a beautiful little box with her name engraved on a brass plaque. I can't thank them enough for their help. I just couldn't bear the thought of leaving Lola at the Vet, wanting a dignified end to her beautiful life. She will be sadly missed by all her family including her brothers Bear and Teddy. Very highly recommend indeed.

Lucy and Robert took care of our beautiful girl Daisy, Lucy was only a text away throughout the whole process,she treated us like people and not just customer, the way Lucy and Robert cared for us and Daisy made the whole experience a little bit easier. Our Beautiful girl is now back home where she belongs and we can't thank them enough ❤️

Lucy and Robert took fantastic care of our gorgeous boy Lenny. We can't thank them enough for how kind, caring and compassionate they both were. All pets are cremated individually to ensure you only receive the ashes of your own pet which was very important to us. They have a beautiful little room where you can spend some quiet time to say your final goodbyes. Robert returned Lenny to our house within 48 hours in a beautiful crafted wooden box with his name on. We also received a clay pawprint and a lock of fur in a small bottle which was a lovely touch. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts 💕 xx

Absolutely amazing service, had 4 of my reptile babies cremated here and the service was excellent from start to finish. Very affordable compared to the vets and they constantly updated me all through the process. It was very hard as I had 4 of my babies passed within 2 months of each other (rescues and mainly from old age). They helped me out to make it more affordable and took all at once, then I wasn’t paying for extra trips of collecting them. They personally collected my babies and dropped them off, which is great for me as I struggle to get out the house. They gave a very personal touch to their service, even taking my babies home (after cremated) with them until ready to send, to make sure they weren’t left on their own. I would 100% trust your loved ones with this company and especially if it’s been hard for you to let go. They came back in a little pouch in a box with their paw print taken and a little wooden heart, they also engraved their names on a plaque. Thank you so much xxxxx

Much more personal & caring experience than when I left my beautiful dog at the vets to be cremated. At the time I didn’t realise there was a different option. Fir tree handles a distressing heartbreaking situation with care, a totally different experience, personal & caring.

Wholesome experience from start to finish. They took great care of my pet and now I have a piece of her with me everyday. I got some of the ashes in a pendant that brings me so much Joy to know Tilly still walks with me through life. Highly recommend Firtree 🙌❤️
