I recently took a precious, old family photo album to eRecordsUSA to be evaluated for digitization. The album at this point is fragile and contains some photos that are probably about a hundred years old. I wanted an AV shop that was experienced in handling fragile original material, that could perform the work on site, and that was very technically proficient at the work. I took the album to Mr. Sharma, and right away he looked at and offered a very sound proposal on how best to scan the entire album. I felt comfortable leaving the album with Mr. Sharma, and later that day, he sent me a few sample images and gave me an estimate for the job. My family decided to proceed. We were very pleased with the quality of work and were offered a fair price for the project. Our family now has a set of very high quality digital photos for future generations, and, importantly, the original album was treated very carefully and was returned to me completely intact. I would not hesitate to go to eRecordsUSA again for future photo digitization or archiving needs.
