Je prends des cours deux fois par semaine avec M. Berrada. Cela fait presque un an que j'ai commencé, et je suis très satisfaite. Je vois que mon niveau s'est beaucoup amélioré grâce à lui et à sa méthode.

C’était une excellente expérience pour la 1 ère fois j’ai fait des cours individuels qui m’ont permis d’élargir et d’approfondir mes connaissances en Anglais surtout que j’avais besoin d’un programme bien précis dans un laps de temps pour préparer mon IELTS. Messieurs Noureddine et Sami étaient à la hauteur, un professionnalisme inédit. Le sens du partage de l’information était très important ce qui m’a facilité l’apprentissage. Mille mercis pour le temps , l’effort et l’efficacité que vous m’avez consacrés . Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir vers vous en cas de besoin.

I went with my kids to register my oldest son, but the center was full of people with only two staff members available. There was no one to assist us, and we had to wait and wait for the lady in administration to finish her call. It was frustrating since we arrived before she started the call.
When I left the office, I asked the lady who was "receiving" people if there was only one person in administration, and she responded with a provocative tone, saying yes. I was really shocked by this behavior.
