I visited a few different surgeons regarding a septoplasty for a severely deviated septum and Dr Mark was the by far the most trustworthy from the first consoltation, and continued to be extremely helpful for a smooth recovery. He did a phenomenal job and I can breath out my nose for the first time in over a decade. He is an absolute life saver!

There are many plastic surgeon choices in the greater Phoenix area. How do you choose? I did extensive research and chose Dr. Gruszynski because of his impeccable credentials, experience, and his patient focused approach! He was simply the best choice, period!
My overview of Dr. Gruszynski is that he approaches your individual issue with the precision of an engineer, the eye of an artist and the medical knowledge and technical expertise to perform the surgery he recommends.
He performed a capsulectomy to remove 40-year-old saline breast implants that were ruptured with Baker III and IV grade capsular contracture.
Not all plastic surgeons will listen and answer ALL of your questions/concerns, not rush the consultation and provide you with a summary in writing of diagnosis and recommendations after your consultation.
ONLY DR. GRUSZYNSKI DID THIS! – I consulted with a total of 4 plastic surgeons.
Dr. Gruszynski is personable, has a very calm demeanor, and very easy to talk with about a sensitive issue such as mine.

Most professional plastic surgery experience I’ve ever had. (I’ve had a lot of surgery experiences) Literally experienced ZERO pain. No bruising or bleeding afterwards. Zero down time! Had an abdominoplasty done by Dr. Mark, my results are AMAZING. I was looking at other surgeons and as soon as I met with Dr. Mark I knew he was the right one. I knew I had really bad Diastasis Recti with my abdominal muscles after having a very large baby and C-Section. One of the surgeons I met before him told me I was just fat and had to lose 15-20 lbs to have the surgery (I was like 140-145 lbs at the time). Dr. Mark did an examination and saw the same thing that I knew was wrong, and when he went in for surgery he said my abdominal muscles were 6 inches split apart! His aftercare was incredible, we checked up every week after the surgery and answered every single question I had. I had a little fluid buildup after removing my tubes, and if he hadn’t told me to watch for that and what to look for I wouldn’t have known. Dr. Mark literally met with me immediately the next day to get the fluid out. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable, I healed so well, my scarring is very minimal especially for how much skin I had removed. 10000000% recommend him!!

I always wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember, but was so scared of ending up with a pig-like or "who" nose; but once I met and discussed the procedure with Dr. G, he left me with no questions and assured me he strives for natural results.
