Sam was so great to help me resolve my cell phone repair issue. He was kind enough to direct me in a different direction to get a brand new phone for cheaper than it would cost to have him to repair our broken galaxy. That is not service that you can find many places anymore. He even said if I had any questions about buying the new phone to call him and he could walk me through it. I was very impressed!

Name fits. Came in on two separate occasions, one to get a device repaired and the other to diagnose a phone stuck in a bootloop and eventually get it replaced. Both times the owner was honest, professional, and upfront, and was willing to work with me on a budget to get my phone replaced. Overall very happy with the service, and I would recommend it.

Sam handled my device with upmost respect. Came in with a burnt out laptop charger. Sam ensured the proper parts were ordered and was able to micro solder the part onto my laptop properly. The service he delivered was clean and he even delivered photo evidence of the progress. I felt reassured throughout this entire process and am grateful to Sam and the effort he put in to help. Owner was very kind and trustworthy. i had taken my broken phone in on a holiday. His intent was to close early but he had worked extra in order to get.my phone back to me that same day. Pricing was comparable to other places but his customer service put his worth above others. I would go back to him again.

I’m surprised they have five star rating, however, I understand mistakes happen. I spent $170 on a new phone screen. However, the second I left my phone started overheating. This was two days ago. I can’t be on my phone for more than 10 to 15 minutes on it overheating and shutting off. It also hardly charges And My battery drain almost completely within an hour of being on it. This has resulted in me having to go purchase a new phone. I am really hoping they will be able to work with me due to this.

When your phone was brought in, the screen was severely shattered and our service was limited to a screen replacement only (you picked the lowest price non warranty screen and was explained which was $149.99 not $170.00 as you are claiming). We were not made aware of any overheating, charging or battery issues at the time. It is important to note that screen replacement does not involve any repair or replacement of internal components such as the battery, charging IC, power management IC, or motherboard- any of which could cause the symptoms you are now experiencing.
Overheating, rapid battery drain and charging issues are typically related to internal hardware problems that are often pre-existing or triggered by underlying damage sustained during the incident that shattered the screen. Unfortunately such damage may not be visible or diagnosable until after a screen replacement is performed and the phone is powered on again.
That said, we are more than willing to examine the device if it's still available so we can determine whether any aspect of the repair could be contributing to the issue. We take pride in our work and do stand by the quality of our screen replacements, but we also must be transparent about the limitations of what our repair covers.
We appreciate your understanding and would be happy to speak further if you would like to bring the phone in or discuss it directly.

I bought in my new laptop for data transfer from my old laptop. I must mention that I had a lot of emails and data from the past 10 years on my old lap top and I wanted somebody to really do it well. Vishnu and Mahesh from Diligent performed an admirable job to my satisfaction. They are extremely pleasant and trustworthy folks and to top it all they are extremely competent and knowledgeable. Working with this device repair center exceeded my expectations greatly! If you're looking for top notch service and having the owner go above and beyond to resolve your problems, this is the best place you can find. When you visit this store for any repair issue and start working with Sam, you're being taken of by a highly skilled and capable owner. He is very friendly and has a can-do, optimistic approach to whatever phone repair issues you're dealing with. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy flip phone and it would not open anymore and the screen also went defective. Sam was able to thoroughly diagnose my issue, provide a detailed estimate and constantly gave progress updates at least twice a day until my phone issue was totally resolved (A completely new and undamaged phone was in my hand when it was all over!). There were no issues with compromised data or missing information/odd phone behavior. This can definitely create anxiety when you're without your phone for an extended time, but this shop proved trustworthy and transparent in how they take care of their customers. Sam has over 20 years of phone repair experience and he's very good at what he does. For quick, transparent, friendly and reliable cell phone repair, choosing Diligent Device Repair would be your best option! I highly recommend this location for your cell phone/electronic device repair needs. In my opinion.......10 out of 10 stars!
