As soon as I found out I was retaking the bar exam, I knew I needed to find a professional who could help me come up with a daily study schedule that balanced my full-time job with efficiently and effectively studying. My tutor, Adam, was just that and MORE! Every week, we evaluated my progress the week before, including how I was feeling. Adam was great at centering me, so that I could be in the right mindset to study for the next week. Each session, Adam reviewed a mix of MPTs, MEEs, and MBEs that I completed the week before. If I noticed a topic I was struggling to understand, we reviewed that as well. As the exam got closer, Adam started giving me new exercises so I could improve my speed and issue spotting on MEEs, as well as my ability to form strong rule summaries for MPTs. With the help of my tutor, Adam, and Crushendo, I jumped 29 points and passed the UBE with a score high enough for any jurisdiction. 11/10 recommend!

Update: coming back to this review years later and realizing I haven't updated it since actually taking the bar. With the help of Crushendo I got a score of about 50 points higher than what I needed to pass- this program is legit. This is a great resource for memorizing the ridiculous quantity of information required by the bar. I like the fact that I can listen to do bar prep materials while I'm driving, walking, doing dishes, whatever. I also like the fact that it is a fraction of the cost of the "big dogs" of bar prep. I used Crushendo for the MPRE and passed the first time around. I will take the bar in 2019, and as long as I put in the study time necessary I have no doubt I will pass. Thanks for bringing good bar prep down into the price range of poor law students like me!

This is by far, the best bar prep course available. I learn differently, and the benefits that I gained from using crushendo were unmatched in comparison to Themis. There are illustrative examples, practice tests and essays, flashcards, options for audio outlines, and materials for the MPRE exam. I would recommend this bar prep course to anyone and I think it should be highly promoted for students to use during their final year of law school.

I added Crushendo to my bar exam preparation later than I should have. I am adding a new jurisdiction after 18 years of practice. My first attempt at adding this new jurisdiction did not succeed and I amusing Crushendo once again in my current repeat attempt. The mnemonics and memory cue images are helpful and hopefully lasting. UPDATE - unfortunately I did not pass the Feb 24 examination so I will be back at it in July still using Crushendo as part of my MBE preparation. My scores are tantalizingly close to passing. I will get it this time.

I can't recommend Crushendo or Adam enough. Crushendo's MBE audio reviews and visual outlines were much more memorable than the MBE materials I got with my full Virginia prep course. I also had two tutoring sessions with Adam, who as friendly and approachable and helped me put together a winning study strategy. Background: 12/21 ABA law school graduate. Due to life circumstances I have had to delay my bar exam and MPRE. I have found the Crushendo suite of products to be incredibly helpful getting me back in study mode with measurable results. Facts: I completed the Themis MPRE package, added 20% of Helix, read the ABA model rules in book form, and re-read my PR textbook. I got an 83 (3 points shy of passing in California). I realized that the hype of big box companies did not produce acceptable results for the way I process information, and I went entirely in a new direction with 100% Crushendo MPRE prep for Round Two. My August score went up 20 points to 103. What a confidence booster especially since I had been out of the game for a year and a half. Brilliantly designed, streamlined, and efficient. The innovative yet scientifically grounded methodology uses loci , mnemonics, spaced repetition, audio and written outlines with accessible quizzes and tests that you can take repeatedly for practice and comprehension. No time limit on your access to materials. The study materials are geared to the frequency of testing with a bar graph indicating what concepts in each unit are tested most by the NCBE. This company wants you to succeed. The app has allowed me to do things like commute, cook dinner, stain a fence or clean my house while listening to the outlines. I put in the work doing each quiz 5 times and outlining what concepts I didn’t get initially. The MPRE is no joke and if you don’t want to waste your time, money, well-being, and energy I highly recommend Crushendo. I only wish I had known about this company in law school. I’ll be counting on their products to see me through MBE multiple choice study and plan to use their overall bar prep for the Nevada bar after I take the California bar exam.

I passed the [State 1] bar without a prep class shortly after law school. Twelve years later I needed to take the [State 2] bar to go multi-jurisdictional. The ~$1K I spent on Crushendo was so, so worth it. I probably would have failed had it not been for Crushendo (this time I had 4 kids and ran my own firm). It's a really big deal to be able to listen to bar prep courses while you're pushing kids around in a shopping cart at Wal-Mart or any of life's other mundane activities. Even though I am proof that you don't always need a bar prep class to pass, I would hugely endorse Crushendo. Money well spent. Time saved. Less stress. So worth it.
