OMG! These guys truly care about customer service! Our 10-year-old refrigerator started blowing the outlet, and I was already looking for a replacement online when I found this company with 5-star reviews. I decided to give them a call, and Vincent was incredibly helpful. After taking the make and model of the fridge, he called me back to let me know that the issue wasn't typical. He offered to come out for $65 or, surprisingly, offered to walk me through troubleshooting the problem over the phone!
In just 10 minutes, we figured out that the ice and water dispenser was causing the short. Since we don't use that feature, we simply disconnected it, and now the fridge is working perfectly. These guys saved me a ton of money, and I can't recommend them enough!

I had issues with my Kitchenaid refrigerator that is about 16 years old. I had another repair guy come over and take a look the week before, the technician really couldn't speak English and couldn't explain to me what the issue was with my refrigerator. What I got was a mother board replacement and how much it was going to cost me. I didn't feel comfortable with it so I just paid the service fee of $50. I called Complete Appliance and talked to Vincent. Vincent showed up at the house 40 minutes later and diagnosed and confirmed the mother board needing to be replaced. I was happy to hear he was less than the original guy and his service was excellent. I will use them for any future appliance repair needs.

7-year old Whirlpool 4-door Refrigerator repair. I was searching for a local appliance repair person/company and noticed that Complete Appliance Repair had a huge number (I think about 150) of mostly 5-star reviews with a few 4-star reviews and none lower.
My first thought was that these were fake, but after reading the wide variety of modes of expression, styles of English, and amazing stories of helpfulness and competence, I thought it would be almost impossible to fake them. So, I risked completing the online request for service on Friday evening, providing as much info as I could.
The next afternoon, Saturday, after I began defrosting it, I got a message asking about my warming refrigerator and telling me that I should not defrost it. Vincent came today, Tuesday, as scheduled and mentioned that the problem is likely one of three things. If it was the sensor, it would be the cheapest of the three to repair. [It's not fair for me to post what I paid, but it was less than what I expected], and would cost more if it was the other problems.
I agreed, and he went to work with great confidence. Shortly, he told us we were lucky--confirming that it was the sensor that was defective, the cheapest part to replace. Luckily, he had a replacement in his vehicle and replaced it. He then defrosted the entire evaporator unit so i could turn on refrigerator cooling and have back a normally operating refrigerator.
The entire experience was great, and I thought, a bargain He kept us informed. He texted me 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he would arrive in 15 minutes. And he did. There were no mysteries and Vincent has a great personality, to boot. I don't hope to have another appliance breakdown, but if it happens, he will be the first person I call. After paying him, I offered a cash tip as a bonus, and he refused it. Wow! These reviews are not fake!

Vincent is going to be our appliance repair technician from now on!! We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, but his honesty and integrity were important as well.
We were so badly burned by the last repair guy - he charged us exorbitantly for a fix on the ice maker on a 20+ years GE fridge; he also gave us a $700 quote to fix a "broken hinge" on our oven door. I declined this when he offered to give me a discount for writing him a 5* review---I find this type of bribery objectionable especially when he's got a 4.9 review on Yelp and I got suckered by it.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago when we came back from vacation and found that our fridge died. I called GE Service because of what happened but they couldn't come out for a whole week so I resorted to Yelp again.
I liked the reviews on Complete Appliance Repair so spoke to Vincent on the phone, who while super busy, is very accessible by phone. He gave me a time slot for later that evening. He fixed the "broken hinge" which was not broken at all - in my amazing cleaning skills, I managed to dislodge the bottom piece of the oven so the door just couldn't close properly. Vincent did not charge me for this very basic user error, which I appreciated.
On our broken fridge, he diagnosed a broken fan which he replaced for a very reasonable price. Everything is working now and while I'm sad that I had to throw away all the stuff in the fridge/freezer, I am so glad that we found Vincent. He will be our go-to repair person from now on - I recommend him to anyone who has a broken appliance. He also fixes high-end appliances.
With Yelp, I have been approached by two 5* contractors who pulled the "I'll give you a discount if you write a good review" - I politely declined both times so be careful. BUT Vincent is the real deal. He's the type of business owner that I want to help promote because he's very competent and honest.

The freezer on our Subzero fridge went out and I submitted a yelp request, and Complete Appliance came up. Vince responded that night and made what wound up being the first of several trips to fix it. He took a logical, stepwise approach for a fix that wasn't easy to figure out, and really was a problem solver, instead of just taking a stab at things. He was incredibly courteous, on time, great at communicating, and about as honest as I have ever found a service person to be. I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and his level of service. He refused to take payment until the freezer was confirmed to be working, and when I got the invoice, found the price he charged to be entirely fair, especially for the amount of time he spent working to fix it. I could not recommend him more highly. I would have him come out to fix any other appliance that is broken without hesitation. It is rare to find someone who is kind, honest, hard working, and a genuine proactive problem solver. If you need a fridge fixed, go with Complete. They exceeded my expectations.
