This training program was so much more than just a learning new skills and techniques it was more about how good they treat u when u walk threw that door it’s something way more different they treat u like it’s your home so respectful and there will always be someone in the Matt helping you out and motivating you to do better. Professor will always be there for you and always help you out with anything you need he will support you and make you a real man. Professor helped me become confident in my self. Professor pushed me to step out of my comfort zone also if you are looking to look fit and healthy this is a great place to invest your money.

We’ve had the privilege of professor Joesph come do a seminar at our academy in Texas on multiple occasions, The level of teaching and instruction was amazing. By far the best I’ve been to (I’ve been to many). He had the humility to make sure everyone could perform and understand what they were doing and why. He actually took time for a Q&A for the newbies. Jui Jitsu is difficult enough without feeling intimidated both those further along. He’s passionate about the game and sincerely wants to lift everyone up. In my time training this was by far the best experience I’ve had!!!!

I trained under chokelab in the beginning of my jiu jitsu journey for a few years prior to moving out of state. From approximately 2019 to 2022. The academy run by Sensei Josef Manuel is of the highest quality. All instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, humble, and respectful. The facility is clean and meticulously maintained with a wide variety of classes available suitable to those just starting out or seasoned practitioners. While training at choke lab I always felt as if I was a part of the community and have made some lasting connections that I still talk to this day. If you’re looking to begin your jiu jitsu journey (and you absolutely should) you will be making a wise decision to go with Choke Lab.
